WEIRD: Two Employees of EXIM Bank Are Mysteriously Dead - Russian Spy Connection?

So I saw This From Gotnews:

Gotnews.com has learned that two employees of the EXIM bank are dead.
Allen Overland, Director of the Research Library and Brian Sant Angelo from Structured Finance Business Development both died this past weekend.
Both men were relatively young and in good health, Gotnews.com has been told.

Did some research and found this:

Brian Sant Angelo was involved in some kind of Russian division of the import/export bank.
Then I remembered THIS: US announces charges in New York Russian spy ring case
So the next natural question is: Do the odd multiple deaths of two import/export bank employees have something to do with Russian spying and tampering with American banking? Well..
