According to the latest poll numbers from Rasmussen Reports, President Trump has a 50% approval rating.

The Rasmussen Reports daily Presidential Tracking Poll for Monday shows that 50% of Likely U.S. Voters approve of President Trump’s job performance. Forty-nine percent (49%) disapprove.
The latest figures include 33% who Strongly Approve of the way the president is performing and 39% who Strongly Disapprove. This gives him a Presidential Approval Index rating of -6.
The media just ran the whole Stormy Daniels scheme and congress boxed Trump in to get him to sign a terrible omnibus bill which screwed him and his supporters over, nonetheless his numbers appear to be holding strong.

If he wants popularity to see republican congress and a second term, BUILD THE FUCKING WALL. Not part of it, not a little one, and enhance defenses around the water. Do it or his popularity doesn't matter. Then again, most republicans would rather lose than build the wall, including Trump I am beginning to understand.
