Ninety miles from the South Eastern tip of the United States, Liberty has no stead. In order for Liberty to exist and thrive, Tyranny must be identified, recognized, confronted and extinguished.
I'm guessing that the "victims" of these pranks are actually in on it. There are a number of people who would respond with a kick to the head followed by 6 to 8 rounds of 9mm before the pranker had a chance to say "Just kidding!".
