Ninety miles from the South Eastern tip of the United States, Liberty has no stead. In order for Liberty to exist and thrive, Tyranny must be identified, recognized, confronted and extinguished.
Usually? I'd need to see a case where it didn't. It's like taxes declining. If that happens, it is such a big deal it is news. More like bureaucracies, once created, the best that can be hoped is reduction. Unlike cancer, there is no treatment except bloody ones. Terminal ones. Bureaucracy is worse than cancer, and must suppress rights or be threatened.
Right now Africa is primed for a massive genocide. All that's needed is some "benign" neglect. When those "refugees" in the 10s of millions arrive in Europe and the US the changes will be beyond anything seen so far.
One can hope. When the white devil is unleashed, even God weeps at the horror. Though, perhaps, His children have grown weary and are ready to go home. I say that as an observer... a hopeful step-kid. :p
