Ninety miles from the South Eastern tip of the United States, Liberty has no stead. In order for Liberty to exist and thrive, Tyranny must be identified, recognized, confronted and extinguished.
Wash too little and you may get sick, in the best of times. Wash too much, not only will you get sick, it will be through sores on your hands. This I know. And sanitizers are very hard on your hands, worse than just soap and water, some of them. Disposable or reusable for many applications, gloves, if available, are your friend. If you wash and sanitize your hands to sores, you will be much more vulnerable to infections for weeks or months until they heal. More, you won't even be able to wash the right way, it hurts too much and worsens the condition.
Slow down, wash judicially, wear gloves, avoid alcohol based sanitizers. Don't put your hands were they don't belong unless you are professionally required. And praying for all.
