I was thinking the little turd would sue for not cordoning an 'attractive nuisance'.
'Your honor, when I saw the signs I could not help myself from swerving to hit the signs. I was attracted to the signs neatly placed in a row aligned with the roadbed. The guy acted in careless disregard for my safety as he maliciously placed that nail board where my vehicle would incur damage.'
