Great finds. Jerimiah Denton and I were distantly related. He was a very good senator from Mobile, AL. In his political career, he dropped several hints warning that John McCain was a man not to be trusted. I imagined it was based on "things" that had occurred during their time as POWs together. I heard Denton speak at a 4-H community development conference when I was about 14. He kept over three hundred teenagers mesmerized for nearly two hours telling his story of being shot down and about his years in captivity. It had a profound impact on my life.
