Comey Will Go Down As Most Corrupt FBI Director In History
Federalist co-founder Sean Davis joined Fox News’ “The Ingraham Angle” Wednesday to weigh in on the news that FBI agents under James Comey plotted a perjury trap for former White House National Security Adviser Michael Flynn.
“It’s clear now that James Comey will go down in history as the most corrupt FBI director in American history,” Davis said. “He has destroyed the FBI’s reputation through his actions, his arrogance, and his corruption.”
Davis said federal prosecutors have told him Comey has made it more difficult for U.S. attorneys and FBI agents across the country to get convictions.
“That will forever be James Comey’s legacy, this corrupt coup that he attempted to run against Donald Trump,” Davis said.

U.S., Israel Hail German Move Banning Iran-Backed Hizballah

Germany has banned Iran-backed Lebanese militant group Hizballah's activities on its soil and designated it a terrorist organization, a move welcomed by Tehran's rivals the United States and Israel.
"Interior Minister Horst Seehofer has banned the Shi'ite terrorist organization Hizballah in Germany," Interior Ministry spokesman Steve Alter tweeted on April 30.
The announcement came after German police conducted early morning raids in the western state of North Rhine-Westphalia, Bremen, and the capital, Berlin, to detain suspected members of the group.
Hizballah has already been designated a terrorist organization by the United States and Israel.
U.S. Ambassador to Germany Richard Grenell welcomed the move and urged other EU countries to follow suit.
The German ban "reflects the resolve of the West to confront the global threat posed by [Hizballah]," Grenell said in a statement, adding that the group "cannot be allowed to use Europe as a safe haven to support terrorism in Syria and across the Middle East."
Grenell's statement was echoed by Iran's archfoe Israel, which also called on other European countries to follow Berlin's example.
"It is a very important decision and a valuable and significant step in the global fight against terrorism," Foreign Minister Israel Katz said.
Germany had previously distinguished between Hizballah's political arm and its military units, which have fought alongside President Bashar al-Assad's army in Syria.

It's nothing short of a scandal that 53 percent of Americans believe that this completely discredited document 'was real in its findings of Trump colluding with the Russians.'
Evidence of that power and how irresponsibly it is used is found in a recent Harvard-Harris poll for April 2020. A majority of Americans, 53 percent, believe the Christopher Steele dossier “was real in its findings of Trump colluding with the Russians.”
The Steele dossier, and its central and elaborate theory that Trump was a secret agent of the Russian government who had betrayed his country to steal the 2016 election, has been completely discredited by multiple government investigations. The limitless special counsel probe, ostensibly led by Robert Mueller, could find no evidence that Trump had colluded with Russia. In fact, the Mueller team could find no evidence that any American had colluded with Russia to steal the 2016 election.
A more serious investigation by the Department of Justice’s inspector general revealed that the dossier was discredited by the federal government by January 2017. The leaky FBI forgot to leak that important fact, but the inspector general goes through the dossier’s many problems throughout its 478-page document.
One of the DOJ’s failures, for example, was that they “omitted the fact that Steele’s Primary Subsource, who the FBI found credible, had made statements in January 2017 raising significant questions about the reliability of allegations included in the FISA applications” based on the dossier. Of the dossier, the inspector general wrote, “We determined that prior to and during the pendency of the FISAs, the FBI was unable to corroborate any of the specific substantive allegations against Carter Page contained in the election reporting and relied on in the FISA applications.” By “reporting,” the IG is referring to the dossier.
Later, the IG writes that anything found to have been true in the dossier was already publicly available and reported elsewhere. “The FBI concluded, among other things, that although consistent with known efforts by Russia to interfere in the 2016 U.S. elections, much of the material in the Steele election reports, including allegations about Donald Trump and members of the Trump campaign relied upon in the Carter Page FISA applications, could not be corroborated; that certain allegations were inaccurate or inconsistent with information gathered by the Crossfire Hurricane team; and that the limited information that was...
It’s Time to Boycott China
To ensure we recover from this virus, we must do two things: Wash our hands and wash our hands of China.
President Trump says he expects China will pay a “substantial” amount of money for damages caused by the coronavirus pandemic.
You can’t help but suspect the Chinese Communist Party deliberately withheld crucial information and hoarded protective supplies needed to prepare for the virus in order to wreak maximum damage both mortal and material on the West.
When asked if he will submit a bill as Germany has done, Trump demurred, saying “We have ways of doing things much easier than that.”
You bet we do.
Consider: Every dollar the CCP would possibly pay us in damages would be a dollar we gave them in the first place.
We can save ourselves the trouble of trying to collect the bill by not sending them the money in the first place.
Let’s say it out loud: Boycott China.
China’s Communist dictators have been waging economic warfare against us for decades, launching missiles from their mines, mills, and factories in an attack that has destroyed our industries as effectively as any precision-guided munitions.
Now the pandemic has wrought further destruction.
They have succeeded in effectively stopping our way of life. We can’t let them do that again.

Just as the CCP has waged economic warfare against the United States, we can do the same.
The Chinese Communist Party lives off the money we send them, and we send them a lot.
We should stop sending them our money. Americans should boycott China.
Our government should boycott the CCP.
The U.S. government contributes to the World Bank, which still gives China billions. Until recently we funded the World Health Organization, Beijing’s puppet. We fund scientific research in China. The NIH even funded bat virus research in Wuhan after it was banned in the United States (What could possibly go wrong with that? Oh wait, we found out.)
Wall Street should boycott the CCP.
Wall Street steers billions to CCP-controlled companies listed on U.S. exchanges. It helps CCP-controlled entities sell securities in the United States. Billions flow through index funds that include shares of Chinese companies. Pension funds from California to Iowa have staked the retirement savings of Americans on these dodgy investments.

Joe Biden Was at Meeting Where James Comey Was Told to Brief Trump on Steele Dossier
New revelations about the possible motives of the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) in meeting with then-National Security Advisor Michael Flynn in January 2017 raise questions about then-Vice President Joe Biden’s role.
Documents unsealed Wednesday, including notes and emails, indicate that FBI agents were not focused on the investigation of Russian “collusion” when they met with Flynn at the White House early in President Donald Trump’s term.
Rather, they were determined to extract an admission, or a lie, that would see Flynn prosecuted or fired.
In one note, an FBI agent wrote: “What’s our goal? Truth/admission or to get him to lie, so we can prosecute him or get him fired?” The agents also appear to admit not having warned Flynn beforehand that he was under investigation.
Flynn had spoken to the Russian ambassador by telephone in late December 2016. The Department of Justice viewed those calls as a potential violation of the Logan Act — an obscure and barely enforced statute that bars private citizens from conducting diplomacy. Flynn was already incoming National Security Advisor at the time. He was later prosecuted for lying to the FBI about those conversations, though it is not clear that he actually did so.
The Flynn investigation was part of a broader inquiry into the Trump campaign begun by the FBI under the outgoing Obama administration — one that Biden knew about, at least in part, because he participated in one of the key meetings.
According to a memorandum by former National Security Advisor Susan Rice, which was later confirmed by former FBI Director James Comey, Biden was present at a January 5, 2017 meeting where President Barack Obama gave instructions to Comey about how to brief President-elect Donald Trump about Russia.
Rice’s memo — written on Jan. 20, 2017, her last day in office — documented that the meeting took place, and included Obama, Biden, Rice, Comey, and Deputy Attorney General Sally Yates.
Rice noted that Obama told Comey to do everything “by the book” — an odd claim, suggesting that she wanted to use it as a possible future defense of the actions of the outgoing administration.
Comey later told MSNBC’s Nicole Wallace about the meeting at greater length in a lecture at the 92nd Street Y in December 2018.
Wallace asked Comey about the infamous January 6, 2017 meeting at the Trump Tower, where he briefed the President-elect about the existence of a “dossier” compiled by former British spy Christopher Steele, which included salacious content. That dossier, later discredited, was then leaked to the media and published by Buzzfeed and CNN.
Comey told Wallace that the key meeting had been the day before, Jan. 5, at the Oval Office, where he had received his instructions from Obama about how to talk to the Trump team about what was known about Russian attempts to interfere in the 2016 presidential election.
