    That's not how the Somali fraud works.

    First, democrats vette an illegal to see if he'll be a good front for their scam. Next, democrats set up the "business" and teach the illegal how to run the scam. The illegal gets sanctuary and maybe 5% of the take. Democrats pocket the rest.
