When Obama Tried to 'Red Flag' Vets and Seniors

We saw the presumption of innocence under assault during the confirmation hearings for Supreme Court justice Brett Kavanaugh and it is once again under assault with the consideration of so-called “red flag” laws after the mass shootings in Dayton and El Paso. These laws would allow authorities to disarm law-abiding citizens on the basis that it had been somehow determined that they are an “unstable threat” to themselves and to society.

This determination can be made based on reports from vengeful former spouses, ex-girlfriends and boyfriends, former coworkers, hostile neighbors, just about anybody with a grievance, even by government agencies pushing a gun-control agenda.

We are assured that the gun owner guilty of no crime can pursue what is laughingly called “due process” and petition the judge to have his legally purchased firearm returned to him by proving to a judge he is not crazy or dangerous. Just how do you do that, pray tell? And just how can a state have a “red flag” law anyway, infringing on a federal and national right established by the Second Amendment to the U.S. Constitution which says the right to keep and bear arms shall not be infringed? Which part of “shall not be infringed” do red flag law advocates not understand?

As noted at NewsTarget:
That’s a process that could take weeks or even months, and in the meantime, you and your family are left defenseless to the world. Plus, there is no guarantee that a court will find that you’re not a threat and authorize police to give you back your guns; maybe the judge is a judicial activist who hates the Second Amendment on principle.
As Philip Van Cleave writes at Ammoland:
Red Flag laws are unconstitutional “prior restraint” laws that violate our basic civil rights. What's particularly alarming is that to take away a person's Second Amendment rights, such laws violate the protections found in the Fourth, Fifth, and Sixth Amendments to the U.S. Constitution! And all of that based on an unnamed person's secret allegation that someone else “might” do something dangerous to themselves or others in the...

Trump Accepts Apology From Fired Aide Madeleine Westerhout: ‘A Very Good Person’

President Donald Trump stated he accepted an apology from fired White House aide Madeleine Westerhout, calling her “a very good person” in a Saturday morning tweet.

Noting that Westerhout had called him to apologize, the president wrote that he “fully understood and forgave her” and expressed his intention not to enforce her “confidentiality agreement,” unlike others he is suing, including “disgusting and foul mouthed” Omarosa Manigault Newman.

“While Madeleine Westerhout has a fully enforceable confidentiality agreement, she is a very good person and I don’t think there would ever be reason to use it,” Trump tweeted. “She called me yesterday to apologize, had a bad night. I fully understood and forgave her! I love Tiffany, doing great!”

RED FLAG INSANITY: Pro-Trump Former Marine Has Guns Confiscated to Protect ANTIFA Terrorists

Red flag laws mean patriots will be disarmed.

A Trump supporter in Oregon was stripped of his firearms under the state’s red flag laws for declaring that his rights wouldn’t be trampled upon by ANTIFA terrorists who have rampaged throughout Portland during the summer.

“If ANTIFA gets to the point where they start killing us, I’m going to kill them next,” said Shane Kohfield, a 32-year-old former Marine. “I’d slaughter them and I have a detailed plan on how I would wipe out ANTIFA.”

This statement triggered the FBI’s Joint Terrorism Task to revoke Kohfield’s 2nd Amendment rights and take his firearms away. In addition, they forced the former marine to spend 20 days in a veterans’ hospital as well.

Law enforcement admits that Kohfield never committed any criminal actions or charged with any crimes, but that didn’t prevent his rights from being stripped from him anyway.

The feds, who refuse to prosecute deep state cretins like James Comey but devote excessive resources to profiling and demonizing gun owners, are patting themselves on the back for targeting this veteran with pre-crime measures.

“Clearly, this latest incident shows how effective proactive policing can be in reducing the chance of violence,” retired FBI agent Michael German said. “It also makes you wonder if they’d been proactive from beginning whether all of this would have grown into the...

Ilhan Omar Tried to Murder Her New Lover's WIFE?!

Check out this thread, where the "hive mind" was at work. I think they nailed it!

/pol/ is investigating the mysterious death of a woman who resembles the wife of Ilhan Omar's lover

http://archive.is/5rwVZ

Two days ago a Dr. Beth Mynett filed for divorce as her husband Tim Mynett had been having an affair with Rep Ilhan Omar.http://is2.4chan.org/pol/1567135514806.jpg ;

The next day an Ethiopian national "randomly" kills a girl named Margery Magill while walking a dog on a dc street. The girl killed visually looked very similar and could easily have been mistaken for Dr. Mynett even for the age difference. The murder took place very close to where Dr. Mynett works and lives.

So you're saying a nasty somali spy who should be deported for lying on her immigration forms, hired a hitman to kill her lover's wife, and the somali spy she picked got the wrong woman?

Answer: When not at work, I can mostly be found at the dog park with my family and our new red tick coon hound rescue, Leroy.

http://archive.is/rIFk1 Details on the Ethiopian National responsible for the vicious stabbing. I'm bad at digging, so I'll just provide the link. I have no idea what details are critical.

A man with a history of mental illness and homelessness was ordered jailed on a first-degree murder charge Thursday in the stabbing of a 27-year-old D.C. woman who police say was attacked for no apparent reason while walking a dog in the Park View area of Northwest Washington.

The victim, Margery Magill, 27, who was a familiar sight in the neighborhood as a paid dog walker, was stabbed in the back, neck, shoulder and stomach by an assailant who confronted her about 8:45 p.m. Tuesday in the 400 block of Irving Street NW, according to D.C. police.

Shortly afterward, detectives followed a blood trail from the crime scene to an apartment about a quarter-mile away, in the 500 block of Columbia Road NW, according to an affidavit filed in D.C. Superior Court. There, Eliyas Aregahegne, 24, was watching television on a couch in his father’s residence, his left middle finger bleeding from a cut, the affidavit says.

Later, in a homicide interrogation room, Aregahegne “placed himself on scene and explained that a dark force was speaking to him from inside of his head,” a detective wrote in the affidavit. “At one point Defendant stated that when he went back outside the voices were speaking to him and things ‘Got out of hand.’”

Aregahegne told the detective, “I don’t remember stabbing her,” and, “I don’t think I stabbed her,” according to the affidavit.

absolutely glowing

At his initial appearance in Superior Court on Thursday, Aregahegne was ordered jailed pending the outcome of a Sept. 12 preliminary hearing. Police Chief Peter Newsham said detectives have ruled out robbery or sexual assault as a motive for the killing and have found no prior connection between the victim and suspect.

“This was a random, vicious, unprovoked attack on a woman who was stabbed multiple times and who was stabbed so viciously that her stomach separated from her aorta,” Magistrate Judge Rainey R. Brandt said from the bench Thursday, reviewing charging documents in the case. “The weight of the government’s evidence is strong.”

Atop a bathroom mirror in the apartment, police said, they found a white T-shirt stained with suspected blood. The T-shirt “appeared similar to the one worn by the suspect” as seen in a surveillance video from Irving Street, the affidavit says. It says a pair of Nike sneakers, also stained with suspected blood, was under the bathroom sink.

On the kitchen floor was “an empty opened ‘Armitage’ 8 inch knife package.”

To earn extra money, she walked dogs. When she was attacked Tuesday, she was walking a tiny yellow pit bull mix on Irving Street, about a mile from her apartment on 10th Street NW near Howard University.

On June 14, 2014, police were called to the 600 block of Irving Street NW — about two blocks from where Magill was later attacked — for a report of a “suicidal man,” according to records kept by the District’s then- Department of Mental Health, now called the Department of Behavioral Health.

Aregahegne, who was living with his mother at the time, was “actively hallucinating” and believed that the government was eavesdropping on him, according to the records, which are not publicly available but were obtained by The Washington Post.
