Illegal Alien (on parole) Charged With Kidnapping and Raping 12-year-old Girl in North Carolina

On Friday, FBI agents raided a residence in Raleigh and rescued a 12-year-old girl, who had been kidnapped on her way to school in Maryland, a few days earlier.

The victim was last seen on Nov. 11, as she left for Perry Hall Middle School, about a mile from her Baltimore County home. Investigators believe her alleged abductor, 22-year-old Victor Yanez Arroyo, initially made contact with the sixth-grader through online X-Box gaming.

The victim’s mom, Tina Baker told WRAL:

Like I told her, she needs to be strong in hopes that, during her healing process,we can find ways to help other people. The only way to do that is to hold your head up and deal with what has been dealt to you.

Arroyo has been charged with kidnapping and first-degree rape. He is currently being held at the Wake County Detention Center on an ICE detainer.
