You can't create illusions. All you can do is know what is thought and open up that thinking to what the opponent wishes to see, or not see. The magic is when they bite. They create the illusion, you simply let them. Now, though... a general, with 100 men? I may have ongoing dissociative amnesia, to a degree, on some things. But I'm thinking he was in charge of his own field promotion, or wasn't a very good general... in actual combat. Good thing he had something going or he would have been forgotten quickly? :p Funny story though. I'll go with that.
