Still Not Sending Their Best! Illegal Gets 401 Years for Horrific Crimes

An illegal immigrant who had previously been deported was given a 401-year sentence for committing sexually violent crimes on a child.

The sexual predator was sentenced last week after a jury in December found him “guilty of three counts of forcible rape, one count of kidnapping to commit rape, one count of criminal threats, and seven counts of lewd acts upon a child under the age of fourteen,” according to a press release by Tulare County District Attorney Tim Ward.

And the youngest victim of Macario Cerda begged prosecutors to never allow the 39-year-old to be deported fearing he would just return illegally again as he had done before.

THE CRIMES

According to court documents, Cerda had been deported and came back in 2013 illegally, dating the victims’ mother. He forced one of the mother’s daughter’s into his car and drove to a “remote location” where he raped her and threatened her family. The child jumped into the driver’s seat and took off when he stepped out momentarily.

According to the Tulare County District Attorney’s Office, Cerda was previously convicted for felony domestic violence and criminal threats against the victims’ mother, Fox News reported.

He raped another minor in 2010. The young girl became pregnant and...

Honduran Illegal Alien Arrested For Raping Underage California Girl

An illegal alien from Honduras has been arrested for raping and impregnating an underage girl.

The 31-year-old illegal alien met the teenager on Facebook before they met in person, The Daily Mail reported.
A man arrested twice for illegally entering the U.S. allegedly raped and impregnated a teenager he met on Facebook.
Honduran national Hector Montez, 31, was jailed for the alleged sexual assault of a girl, 15, he met in California.
The Kings County Sheriff’s Office said they were called to a hospital after the girl gave birth to a baby girl, Frezno’s KSEE-TV reported.
After speaking with the minor, deputies said she told them she had been sexually assaulted by a man she had met on Facebook.
She identified the suspect as Montez and showed deputies a picture from his Facebook profile.
The girl told deputies Montez picked her up from school because she needed a ride.
After she got into the vehicle, they said he drove her to a rural area near Jackson and 18th Street, just south of Lemoore.
She repeatedly told him to take her home. However officials said Montez refused and after he stopped the car he held her down and sexually assaulted her.
Information was gathered in regards to the whereabouts of Montez and deputies said they located him at his place of work.

The 90 Miles Mystery Box: Episode #513

You have come across a mystery box. But what is inside?
It could be literally anything from the serene to the horrific,
from the beautiful to the repugnant,
from the mysterious to the familiar.

If you decide to open it, you could be disappointed,
you could be inspired, you could be appalled.

This is not for the faint of heart or the easily offended.
You have been warned.

As Venezuelans eat from garbage cans, Ocasio-Cortez wants to import their nightmare to the U.S.

When socialist revolutionary Hugo Chavez came to power in Venezuela in 1998, the country had been on an upward trajectory — politically, socially, and economically — thanks to outsized oil wealth.

In short, Venezuela was well on its way to breaking the mold of most South American countries: It was prospering, had a vibrant democracy, and though problems existed, it was heading in the right direction.

But Chavez would change his country’s trajectory. Or, more to the point, his socialist policies would.

He was swept into power by citizens who had been duped by his promises of free health care for all, which — in 1999 — he had written into the Constitution: “Health is a fundamental social right, an obligation of the State,” Fox News notes.

He also promised more equity and ‘fairness’ when it come to wealth as a way to “overcome poverty.” He mandated higher wages (like mandating a higher minimum wage), and while initially he made some progress in reducing poverty and expanding healthcare, the rules and realities of socialist economics soon set in.

Experts noted that Chavez’s reforms were based on his country’s existing wealth, not on creating new wealth.

“He took from the private sector that existed, and enjoyed buoyant oil prices, to buy off the electorate,” Fergus Hodgson, executive editor of Antigua Report, a Latin American business consulting agency, told Fox News.

“This strategy was great in the short term, but it crushed investment and new businesses. Predictably, when economic activity and oil prices went south, he resorted to printing money, and we all know what has happened.”

By last year the country’s healthcare system was in shambles. Basic supplies and medicines were scarce if they existed at all. Hospitals fell into disrepair. Venezuelans suffered and died. Medical staff, especially highly educated doctors and nurses, fled the country for better opportunities.

And the economy is also a disaster. Food is also scarce; Venezuelans, on average, have lost 24 pounds over the past few years. Video of a group of hungry citizens surrounding and killing a...

The Army Wants a 1,000 Mile Range Supergun to Sink China's Navy

The Army is working on a supergun with a 1,000-mile range that could potentially hit targets in the South China Sea from a gun pit on land, Army Secretary Mark Esper told reporters on Wednesday.

"You can imagine a scenario where the Navy feels that it cannot get into the South China Sea because of Chinese naval vessels, or whatever," Esper said during a media roundtable. "We can – from a fixed location, on an island or some other place – engage enemy targets, naval targets, at great distances and maintain our standoff and yet open the door, if you will, for naval assets or Marine assets."

The experiments with extended-range artillery are part of the Army's look at hypersonic technology, which the U.S. military initially decided not to weaponize years ago.

When Task & Purpose asked Esper why the Army needs artillery that can lob a shell up to 1,000 miles , Esper explained the U.S. military needs to outrange enemy guns.

"You want to be outside the range that they can hit you," Esper said.

"Why was the spear developed? Because the other guy had a sword. A spear gives you range. Why was the sling developed? Because the spear closed off the...

Court denies DOJ request for delay in Attkisson v. DOJ FBI for govt. computer intrusions

The federal appeals court in our case granted our request for oral arguments some time ago and scheduled them for Jan. 29. But when the government shut down, the Department of Justice petitioned the court for a delay.

On Wednesday, the court denied the Justice Department request.

A diverse group of Constitutional free press and privacy advocates is supporting Attkisson v. Dept. of Justice/FBI to fight the government computer intrusions. Click here to support.
I’m pleased to be moving forward, as each delay costs time and money. On the other hand, the Justice Department has an endless supply of your tax money with which to fight my lawsuit.

The fact that the court denied the Justice Department’s request to delay is not a signal as to how the court views my case one way or the other.

Thank you for your support. And I deeply appreciate the organizers of the Attkisson 4th Amendment Litigation fund and those who have been kind enough to contribute. We are already nearing 1/4 of their goal! For more information...

Watch As FBI Arrives To Roger Stone’s House In Massive Show of Force

CNN videotaped a massive show of force at the house of Roger Stone and aired that video on Friday.

In what is one of the most massive PR stunts in the history of law enforcement the FBI arrived in riot gear at Stone’s home.

It looked like they were about to arrest one of the world’s most wanted terrorists.

“CNN Exclusive Video: Longtime Donald Trump associate Roger Stone has been indicted by a grand jury on charges brought by special counsel Robert Mueller. He was arrested by the FBI Friday morning at his home in Florida, his lawyer tells CNN,” CNN wrote.

How did CNN have advanced knowledge of the arrest to have cameras there?

The arrest came around 6 a.m. when an FBI agent pounded on his door and yelled “FBI. Open the door,” CNN reported.

It was the result of a months long investigation that seemed to target Stone as he anticipated and predicted his indictment.

Mainstream Media Fails to Report Major Story on Native American Activist

Nathan Phillips was not done making trouble after the now-famous incident at the Lincoln Memorial in Washington, D.C., last week.

After Friday’s standoff with the students from Covington Catholic, he and a band of 20-60 followers tried to interrupt a Mass at Basilica of the National Shrine of the Immaculate Conception on Saturday night. A security guard turned away Phillips and his group and locked hundreds of worshippers inside until police arrived and the group departed.

The Daily Mail, an Australian website, reported there were 60 protesters who “tried to disrupt Mass a day AFTER being left ‘shaken and overwhelmed’ by [Phillips’] confrontation with Catholic students.” It said in a subhead “They said they wanted to ‘hold the Catholic Church accountable’ for the events the previous day.”

It said Phillips led to the group up the steps while singing, but security guards blocked them. One guard, the Daily Mail reported, said the group was “’very angry’ and that it was terrifying for those inside.”

If you didn’t hear about this, you are not alone. The Catholic News Agency covered the incident, as did the Washington Times, Washington Examiner, Daily Caller, National Catholic Register, Breitbart and the Daily Mail. The New York Times, Washington Post, Huffington Post, Time magazine, Newsweek magazine, Slate, Salon, Los Angeles Times and others did not...
