A petition demanding the recall of fascist Michigan Gov. Gretchen Whitmer went viral on Saturday, amassing a whopping 111,000 signatures at the time of publishing this article.
The Change.org petition looks set to exceed 200,000 names in the coming days.
The petition reads:
Recall Governor Whitmer. Her failure’s during the Covid-19 Corona Virus is causing more Michiganders to get sick. Closing and banning various non essential business’s and activities while leaving others open. Further promoting the pandemic. She has lied since day one with her #Fixthedamnroads which she has failed to do anything in this regards. The response to #PFAS was negligence and completely removing funding for #PureMichigan clearly shows her lack of anything positive for the State of Michigan.Breitbart.com reports: Legally, the petition is meaningless, but it may indicate an appetite on the part of some Michiganders to remove their governor.
According to Ballotpedia, petitioners need to gather one-quarter of the number of votes in the previous gubernatorial election in order to trigger a recall process.
That equates to 1,062,647 valid signatures being required to put Whitmer’s recall on the ballot.
“Whitmer is more concerned about running for Vice President,” Dylan Raymond wrote as his reason for signing.
Mike Robinson echoed that theme: “She chooses her own political aspirations over the people of Michigan.”

My real issue is the fact that she politicized Covid-19.
Publicly blaming the federal government for Michigan not getting any aid, when all along she knew that she hadn't even applied for it yet. When the Detroit Free Press busted her on it and ran a story, she finally applied for federal aid the next day.

ReplyDeleteI agree my husband use to be addicted to pills. He is a disabled vet and has been four years clean since medical marijuana. I do not know why everyone is making such a big deal saying she is not fixing roads I have seen tons of roads being fixed on my side that have not been fixed in over 7 years. They complain about her not caring and making it so political but our President has made so many political and inappropriate remarks. He is a bully and has no emotion or care for human life. People are so blind and throwing a fit because they can not do certain things. Just because you can't buy something in a big store there are many smaller stores that offer the same thing and I know because I have tried. People need to start doing their research and I mean really learn how to do it. Half of the things in this petition is faulse. If you would read the state constitution and Michigan legislation you would see she is doing everything by the book and she does need permission to do certain things so if you want to complain you need to go blame the people in office above her. You complain about cigar shops and cigarettes and liquor but that is really the control of the federal government. Like I said if you would really do your research and not listen to the false news and know the law you would not be doing the petition. It is pretty sad how Michiganders are being. The day Whitmer'claimed' we were being denied aid, our Representatives Mary Whiteford Annette Glen, of the Appropriations Committee on Health and Human Services, as well as Alan Kimichik, our Inspector General and Director of Michigan's Department of Health and Human Services, were quite surprised to learn that the governor filed for anything at all, and that vendors were refusing to ship on anyone's behalf...considering the request comes from their department, first. There's laws in place and an order that has to be followed but Whitmer ignored it. She then went straight to the media blaming the president for her mistakes.

I took an Solemn Oath 54 years ago to protect our Constitution from enemies both foreign and DOMESTIC. The chain is only as strong as it's weakest link and he is supposed to be the lock so if the lock is broken well everyone else will not be able to do everything as it should be but she is doing great. We must consider all forms of our health, including emotional and mental health. I like to be supportive with our leaders, but it's difficult to know what is politicized and what isn't. Add in my truck payment, house payment, phone and electric and not only am i in the hole but im going to be SCREWED next winter. Id rather die from the virus than die sitting in my home going in the hole for months. I dont want your money or your damn quarantine! I want to go back to work!! This is not living!!!
