Seriously, take the HOKIEST Country and Western possible, the real twang n accent, heavy duty. And PATRIOTIC songs about America. Blast this stuff so loud it is deafening, NO ESCAPE from it. Or bagpipes. Or military bands. I guarantee you it would work within days at most. Speakers arranged around the six blocks so there is no escaping.
