I Know, Let's All Pay For All The Rich Kids College!
Time To Teach Them Responsibility, If You Made An Agreement To Pay Back Money You Borrowed, You Pay It Back.
Alternative: if you bought a degree that is unmarketable, your college should buy it back by refunding your money. You don't get to keep the degree.

I got a better idea.
DeleteGet ALL public money out of colleges. It will force them to provide a marketable product.
Works for me. I would also accept the schools themselves being the lender and suffering for student defaults
