Governor Newsome Can't Understand Why No One Is Re-Opening Their Businesses In California....
Oh, well, arrest a bunch of them. The prisons have been emptied, that'll also put 'Mericans (and others) back to work. Jail them until they open their businesses, like a debter's prison. Worked so well for that, back then as well.
