I don't know why anyone would think Obama runs the current White House. He didn't run it when he was president and he hasn't got any more intelligent or powerful. He always was a front man for those that really run things.
Obozo the SCOAMF is and was just another puppet.....just like Pedo Joe. The only meaningful difference between the two is the SCOAMF isn't suffering from full scale dementia....yet.
