Ninety miles from the South Eastern tip of the United States, Liberty has no stead. In order for Liberty to exist and thrive, Tyranny must be identified, recognized, confronted and extinguished.
The Oxycontin post is totally incorrect. Most drug deaths are from fentanyl and the rest from simple overdose of the popular illegal drugs. Oxycontin has killed very few people and then only by taking massive amounts. Oxycontin is in fact safe. The meme being prewsented was created by trial lawyers so that they could rake in millions from drug companies.
@Anonymous I agree with you up to the point where you state: "Oxycontin is in fact safe." Oxycodone, as those of us who've had reason and opportunity to Rx it for pain know, can be very highly addictive for some individuals.
Before the government and the karens got involved most people were getting pills from their doctor and not using heroin or overdosing at the rate we see today. Most had valid reasons for a prescription and it was managed by them and their family doctor. Another problem created by a government solution.
