That was my first guess before reading the comments. Long ago I saw some youtube videos of a kid driving a phillips screwdriver into a lithium battery from a cordless drill. They burn off like a blow torch, but go ahead and get you a tesla with a $25,000.00 replacement battery if you live that long.
Was that a CNG or LPG powered vehicle? In my younger years I was a firefighter and never saw a vehicle fire that was like that.
