‘Greatest hero in American history’: Master troll with tasty treat infuriates NYC animal rights activists


Animal rights activists protesting Nike’s use of Kangaroo hides were thrown off guard when they were confronted by a fearless rebel with a hunger for meat.

The rebel, a man being described by some as the “greatest hero in American history,” walked up to the protesters and proceeded to eat what appeared to be a shish kabob.

Jokes aside, the protest reportedly occurred Saturday afternoon outside a Nike shop in New York City. However, it was just one subset of a much larger, citywide animal rights protest organized by PETA as per their “World Day for the End of Speciesism.”

  1. I suspect protests and anti-protesters, are all gamed. If nike wanted to stop using kangaroo hides, because they were too expensive, would put on the protest, for example. But, if they wanted to keep it, they would hire someone like the counter protester. Or, if this was a competition between those offering resources for the shoes, then those might provide the protest and anti-protest. Nothing, these days, is organic. Just.... kabuki theater. Understand these things and ignore it.

  3. I had a pair of Merrill shoes made of kangaroo, those suckers smelled like a dead kangaroo after a few weeks of wearing.
