About video #5, if you listened in high school biology you'd know about chlorophyll as a magnesium analog of hemoglobin (at least back when I took it). What she doesn't mention in the idea of chlorophyll as a blood transfusion is that you eat the chlorophyll in the green plants, you don't inject it into your veins. I've never heard of anyone suggesting that before.
ReplyDeleteWhen you eat anything, you digest it. You immerse it in a vat of hydrochloric acid and enzymes that take it apart - and some things come apart better than others. Digestion isn't a bad thing. Magnesium is an important mineral, and there are more absorbable forms than chlorophyll.
