Ninety miles from the South Eastern tip of the United States, Liberty has no stead. In order for Liberty to exist and thrive, Tyranny must be identified, recognized, confronted and extinguished.
Regarding PBS, they make quite a bit of money off merchandising Children's Television Workshop characters. Barney, sesame Street, Arthur could keep them afloat with no federal funding, and they get nimew facilities and equipment on our dime.
