Ninety miles from the South Eastern tip of the United States, Liberty has no stead. In order for Liberty to exist and thrive, Tyranny must be identified, recognized, confronted and extinguished.
The problem is less with the judiciary in general. The problem is the progressives being able to put their cases in front of the “right” judge, who will rule entirely by their politics.
To be fair, when Biden was in office attacking the 2nd Amendment, we were quite happy that the courts were able to reign in some of Biden's excesses.
