IMHO, I think that it's time to re-consider interstate reciprocity with California's CDLs.
Given the eagerness of Blue States and the Biden admin to mis-classify illegals as "asylum seekers", give them social security numbers, work permits, benefits, etc., all of that should be suspect and reviewed at the earliest opportunity and considered as having been filed in bad faith.
