Google's "Promises" have zero value, and I remain skeptical that even if they actually restore the accounts, they won't TOS those same accounts back to oblivion, either openly or via hidden means. Those slime balls will be right back at it the moment they can. They'll never make those accounts and those that they de-monitized, or otherwise restricted, 'whole', and pay out the lost earnings.
