Only a government could be so inefficient as to pay that much money for a "tiny" home, when full-sized homes go for much less - even in a state run by that crappy a government. But to just steal it without a single one of those homes being built and sold is just epic-level corruption and theft.
Nor does it mean "God is great," as the lying dems and their media tell us. It means "Allah is supreme." It is not a general statement on the nature of God - it is a declaration of islamic supremacy.
