Not really sure why 4 and 5 need to muck up this legislation. I mean I agree with them, and it shouldn't take legislation to implement common sense, but it seems like these were added to ENSURE that the act would never pass. Sorry, the GOP cheats to achieve their goals too, and anyone who hasn't figured that out yet hasn't been paying enough attention.
ReplyDeleteMrLiberty, I'm with you. But I also can see how those items, which are not directly related to the SAVE Act, were added in the event the Left needed to be thrown a bone during negotiations. They can be scrapped and the SAVE Act would not be neutered.
