James Cameron misses that we already deal with the dystopian world he describes. We didn't agree with, didn't vote for, but are co-inhabiting with an alien species that answers to the goals and rules of a corporation. That entity has access to the communications, beliefs, everything you ever said, and the whereabouts of every person in the country via personal data. That entity is not the tech giants (though they are suspect in their own right). The alien entity we need to fear is the DNC.
