DeleteI am retired now but at one time I was a Manager of a dept in a company. I had to deal with HR when I wanted to fire an employee and it was a mess. I should have been able under company hiring rules to fire a newly hired employee within 90 days but HR forced me to make "projects" for the employee and he worked for over 6 months of wasted time.
