I commute to work in a "college town" with a major hospital. There are Teslas and all manner of other "EV's" everywhere. One town over, the signs of urban blight are everywhere. In the middle of the town is a HUGE natural gas-fired power plant. With this method, the laddi-da's in the "college town" can virtue signal with their Teslas while the blue collar Joes and Janes get to breath the exhaust of those "zero-emission" cars...
