Americans Not in Labor Force Exceed 93 Million for First Time; 62.7% Labor Force Participation Matches 37-Year Low
(CNSNews.com) - The number of Americans 16 years and older who did not participate in the labor force--meaning they neither had a job nor actively sought one in the last four weeks--rose from 92,898,000 in February to 93,175,000 in March, according to data released today by the Bureau of Labor Statistics.
That is the first time the number of Americans out of the labor force has exceeded 93 million.
Also from February to March, the labor force participation rate dropped from 62.8 percent to 62.7 percent, matching a 37-year low.
Five times in the last twelve months, the participation rate has been as low as 62.8 percent; but March’s 62.7 percent, which matches the participation rate seen in September and December of 2014, is the lowest since February of 1978.

By the time self-acclaimed whistleblower Edward Snowden blew the cover on the National Security
Agency (NSA) forever more known as ‘Spies are Us’, it was already way too late for the privacy of online online private citizens.
Privacy, like commonsense and government altruism, doesn’t live here anymore.
Before NSA, we were already big-time data-based with every nuance and details of our private lives spied upon and standby stored by Google, FaceBook and other unsavory social networks on the take.
Blowback from the Snowden-exposed NSA has über dominated the Big Brother spydom we’ve been talking about ever since. Public outrage was guaranteed mostly because the NSA is a billion dollar government agency.
Little did we know when Snowden dropped his NSA bombshell that the IRS was spying on American citizens too, especially TEA Party members that the current administration regards as “bigoted”, “bible-thumping””, “racist” dissidents.
The NSA can only throw public citizen perceived dissidents into a data base and pass on information to other government agencies, like the EPA and IRS who aim to first control, then shut down all government dissidents. Problem is the The IRS does not just data base the enemy, they first harass then gauge them right out of business.
Google, FaceBook, et al get cut a break by Internet users because they’re not government agencies, per se.
Try this on for size: Google is a de facto government agency. As soon as he was elected, savvy President Barack Obama held his very first formal business meeting with...

New Regs Ignore Fact Fracking Doesn't Taint Well Water
Energy: New federal regulations on fracking on public land ignore a study documenting that methane found in well water is unrelated to the location of hydraulically fractured oil and gas wells.
When the Obama administration recently released its new regulations on fracking — regulations that it said were needed to keep up with the advance and success of the decades-old technology to meet public safety needs — the Independent Petroleum Association of America and Western Energy Alliance immediately filed suit, saying that the new regs were based on "unsubstantiated concerns" that lacked any scientific basis.
"Hydraulic fracturing has been conducted safely and responsibly in the United States for over 60 years," noted IPAA president Barry Russell, who also pointed out the impact of the new regulations on job and economic growth. Fracking has produced an oil and natural gas boom, making them energy sources of the future, not the past.
The Obama administration doesn't like fracking and wishes that fracking would just go away so it can go on subsidizing the Solyndras of the world. But Russell is right: Fracking is safe, and the new study proves that any concerns are politically motivated fear-mongering.
Published online in late March in Environmental Science and Technology, the study focused on 11,309 drinking wells in northeastern Pennsylvania. It found that background levels of methane in well water are unrelated to the...

Memories Pizza supporters raise more than $750,000 after backlash over anti-christian rights..
As of Friday a GuFundMe page created for Memories Pizza has raised more than $700,000.
This dough keeps rising.
An Indiana pizza shop that came under fire after suggesting it would refuse to cater a gay wedding has now raised more than $780,000 from online supporters in just one day's time.
The astonishing haul pulled in for Memories Pizza in Walkteron comes after its owners said they closed indefinitely following violent threats against their lives and business, and they've now gone into hiding.
Co-owner Crystal O'Connor had expressed support for a new Indiana religious objections law that, before its recent amendment, would have allowed them to deny gay customers because of religious beliefs.
Now a booming GoFundMe account created for the business Wednesday states its aim as "To relieve the financial loss endured by the...

‘Riding Public Transportation While White’ Could Be Bad For Your Health..
On March 23, a 43-year-old man was beaten mercilessly by a gang
of young black males on the St. Louis Metrolink.
The victim, who is white, was approached by one of the assailants who asked to use the man’s cellphone. When the man refused, he was then asked “what he thought about the Mike Brown situation,” according to police.
When the man declined to comment on it, he was immediately punched in the face, then two others black males joined in, repeatedly punching and kicking the victim.
The victim suffered numerous cuts and bruises to his face, and can be seen holding his jaw, on the surveillance video, following the assault.

Iran Accuses U.S. of Lying About New Nuke Agreement
LAUSANNE, Switzerland — Just hours after the announcement of what the United States characterized as a historic agreement with Iran over its nuclear program, the country’s leading negotiator lashed out at the Obama administration for lying about the details of a tentative framework.
Iranian Foreign Minister Javad Zarif accused the Obama administration of misleading the American people and Congress in a fact sheet it released following the culmination of negotiations with the Islamic Republic.
Zarif bragged in an earlier press conference with reporters that the United States had tentatively agreed to let it continue the enrichment of uranium, the key component in a nuclear bomb, as well as key nuclear research.
Zarif additionally said Iran would have all nuclear-related sanctions lifted once a final deal is signed and that the country would not be forced to shut down any of its currently operating nuclear installations.
Following a subsequent press conference by Secretary of State John Kerry—and release of a administration fact sheet on Iranian concessions—Zarif lashed out on Twitter over what he dubbed lies.
“The solutions are good for all, as they stand,” he tweeted. “There is no need to spin using ‘fact sheets’ so early on.”
Zarif went on to push back against claims by Kerry that the sanctions relief would be implemented in a phased fashion—and only after Iran verifies that it is not conducting any work on the nuclear weapons front.
Zarif, echoing previous comments, said the United States has promised an immediate termination of sanctions.

As Obama rushes to appease Iran, Iran places guided warheads on Hizb’Allah rockets aimed at Israel
“Iran is placing guided warheads on Hezbollah rockets,'” by Yaakov Lappin, Jerusalem Post, March 31, 2015:
Col. Aviram Hasson, of the Defense Ministry’s missile defense administration says Hezbollah gets a lot of accurate weapons from Iran.
Iran is placing guided warheads on its rockets and smuggling them to Hezbollah in Lebanon, a senior Defense Ministry official said Tuesday.
Speaking at the Israel Air and Missile Defense Conference in Herzliya, Col. Aviram Hasson, who is involved in preparing IDF air defenses, said Iran was converting Zilzal unguided rockets into accurate, guided M-600 projectiles by upgrading their warheads.
Hasson, who is in charge of upper-tier missile defenses at HOMA – part of the Defense Ministry’s Administration for the Development of Weapons and Technological Infrastructure – described Iran as a “train engine that is not stopping for a moment. It is manufacturing new and advanced ballistic missiles and cruise missiles. It is turning unguided rockets that had an accuracy range of kilometers into weapons that are accurate to within...

Apple CEO: Hates Indiana Christians but does business with countries that execute gays, stone women
Apple CEO Tim Cook is making a particular point this week to attack Christians in Indiana calling them “dangerous” but it seems he has no problem at all selling his products in Muslim-led countries that kill gays for being gay and stone women when they are raped. Nor does he have a problem making his product in China, the world’s leading violator of human rights.
Clearly Tim Cook is a huge hypocrite... like all liberals are.
If you tool over Cook’s Twitter feed, you’ll see several Tweets of him whining about Indiana’s Religious Restoration of Freedom Act—law just like those in 30 other states, states that no leftist is seeking to boycott.
Here is a screenshot of Cook’s Tweets…

More ‘Social Justice’- President Obama Commutes Sentences Of 22 Hard Core Dope Dealers..
President Barack Obama has ordered the release of 22 drug dealers – including eight who were serving life sentences.
Nearly all of the offenders who Obama granted clemency to were convicted of dealing addictive, hard drugs like crack cocaine, methamphetamine and heroin. Eight of those whose sentences were commuted – an act the White House said continues Obama’s push to make the justice system “fairer” – were serving terms of life in prison.
The effort is aimed at reducing harsh sentences for those who faced outdated guidelines at their time of sentencing and would be serving shorter punishments had they been convicted today.

Barack Obama has granted clemency to 22 drug offenders who were sentenced under outdated guidelines
In December, Mr Obama issued his first round of commutations under new guidelines that were put in place to cut costs by reducing the growing prison population and grant leniency to nonviolent drug offenders sentenced to years long terms of confinement away from society.
A commutation leaves the conviction in place and ends the punishment.

Disney ABC Embraces Hateful X-Rated Bully in New Prime Time Show
RESTON, VA – Media Research Center (MRC) and Family Research Council (FRC) are launching a joint national campaign to educate the public about a Disney ABC sitcom pilot based on the life of bigoted activist Dan Savage. MRC and FRC contacted Ben Sherwood, president of Disney/ABC Television Group, more than two weeks ago urging him to put a stop to this atrocity but received no response. [Read the full letter]
A perusal of Dan Savage’s work reveals a career built on advocating violence — even murder — and spewing hatred against people of faith. Savage has spared no one with whom he disagrees from his vitriolic hate speech. Despite his extremism, vulgarity, and unabashed encouragement of dangerous sexual practices, Disney ABC is moving forward with this show, disgustingly titled “Family of the Year.”
Media Research Center President Brent Bozell reacts:

Facebook accused of tracking all users even if they delete accounts, ask never to be followed
A new report claims that Facebook secretly installs tracking cookies on users’ computers, allowing them to follow users around the internet even after they've left the website, deleted their account and requested to be no longer followed.
Academic researchers said that the report showed that the company was breaking European law with its tracking policies. The law requires that users are told if their computers are receiving cookies except for specific circumstances.
Facebook’s tracking — which it does so that it can tailor advertising — involves putting cookies or small pieces of software on users’ computers, so that they can then be followed around the internet. Such technology is used by almost every website, but European law requires that users are told if they are being given cookies or being tracked. Companies don’t have to tell users if the cookies are required to connect to a service or if they are needed to give the user information that they have specifically requested.
But Facebook’s tracking policy allows it to track users if they have simply been to a page on the company’s domain, even if they weren't logged in. That includes pages for...
