Next Thursday marks President Biden’s 100th day in office. On Wednesday night, Biden will give a joint address to Congress claiming his time so far has been a historic success.

He will try to take credit for the Trump administration’s accomplishments, including the Covid-19 vaccine and ending the war in Afghanistan. He will try to claim that his government spending blowout and proposed tax increases and labor regulations will help the economy, which reached new heights under Trump.

In reality, Biden’s first 100 days are a declaration of war on small businesses. Biden’s $1.9 trillion spending bill passed last month is generating inflation. His numerous environmental orders, including canceling the Keystone XL pipeline and banning drilling on federal lands, are costing jobs and raising energy prices. And by revoking Trump administration deregulation and its business-led apprenticeship program, Biden is making it harder for small businesses to operate and find skilled workers.

But Biden’s biggest threats to small businesses so far have been his proposed tax increases and support for the Pro Act. Biden has proposed raising the corporate tax rate by 33 percent. Roughly one million American small businesses are structured as corporations and would be affected by this massive tax increase. Such small businesses include the likes of Ohio’s Alloy Precision Technologies, which employs about 85 people and has had to enact a hiring freeze to prepare for forthcoming taxes and regulations. Millions more small businesses who service corporations are also indirectly threatened by this tax hike.

Pass-through small businesses, which are subject to the individual tax code, will be impacted by Biden’s other tax proposals. Biden plans to implement a “success tax” (as JCN is calling it) by nearly doubling the capital gains rate and curtailing the so-called “step-up” basis tax treatment for the next generation. This success tax penalizes small business owners who have worked their whole lives to build the value of their businesses, forcing their children and grandchildren to sell their businesses in some cases just to afford the tax bill. Biden also wants to raise the top individual tax rate and reportedly curtail the 20 percent small business tax deduction that roughly 15 million small businesses rely on.

Then there’s the Pro Act, which would fundamentally revolutionize the American labor market, significantly dampening job creation and economic growth. The Pro Act would essentially expand California’s labor law known as AB5, which threatens the livelihoods of...

What is ANTIFA? For some, it is just a movement that protests against racial hatred and fascist, for other ANTIFA is nothing more but fascists themselves. The name of ANTIFA expresses hostility to fascists. Members of the movement declare that they are fighting against neo-nazis, neo-fascists, and supporters of white supremacy. In other words, this is an organization that by definition is fighting against what is called the radical right in the mainstream media today so they call everyone fascists who are against globalism and the destruction of nation-states. As a norm, ANTIFA calls everyone fascists as all those who oppose globalism and the destruction of nation-states.

Moreover, one of many left-wing movements, ANTIFA members often condemn capitalism and political scholars see it as an organization of the far (radical) left. Although ANTIFA members do not fall into one category, they say that many of them live on the fringes of society: undocumented immigrants, transsexuals, low-paid workers. Social exclusion is becoming a great breeding ground for criminal organizations whose truths are being eroded not by debate but by physical force and violent riots.

Since 2016 when Donald Trump became President of the United States and the so-called “political revolution” by Nigel Farage has subsided in the Western world the ranks of ANTIFA members have begun to grow like yeast.

The “instruction” on establishing a local ANTIFA organization states that it is necessary to monitor the activities of white nationalists, right-wing politicians, and fascists once the group is established. The organization of fascists groups in a particular region is expected to be documented with the help of this group. This means gathering information about who is doing what and knowing the specifics of the various active groups and key players. Once the information has been approved, the ANTIFA teams shall periodically publish that information in a publicly accessible format. However, the illegal collection of personal data is just a flower compared to other crimes of this organization.

ANTIFA and crimes

ANTIFA’s methods of operation are often characterized by violence and surprising support from the left. Various examples can be given to illustrate the methods of this organization. For example in Germany, state culture funds ANTIFA which terrorizes opposition politicians by damaging the facades of their homes, attacking and fatally injuring politicians who are unfavorable or contrary to their ideology, sending threats, and, of course destroying not only politician’s but also public property. In 2018 conservative FoxNews journalist Tucker Carlson said his house was attacked by ANTIFA members who kicked in his door and chanted “anti-fascist” chants. It is more reminiscent of a political deal with a journalist than a simple statement of the opposite opinion. Besides Tucker Carlson personally illustrated who so-called fascists are. ANTIFA crimes also affect not just Western World. In 2011 ANTIFA members were found guilty of beating Tadas Kavolis in Lithuania, a doctoral student at the Vytautas Magnus University. The organization’s activities in Lithuania continue and it continues to spread the mood of coping with dissidents on the Internet. Can we tolerate an organization that physically deals with people who have a different opinion? ANTIFA also operates in the Lithuanian online space. This is evidenced by the ANTIFA Lithuania Facebook page for their organization where we can find many links with similar views, purposefully emphasizing the topicalities of the radical left movements. Even while writing this article ANTIFA is already organizing an initiative that reflects events and provocations of the current US riots which previously forced Donald Trump to name ANTIFA as a terrorist organization.

Is Soros funding ANTIFA?

Today we can find countless sources of information that point to the role of George Soros in supporting various foundations abroad and in Lithuania. Many of these sources note that George Soros funds the ANTIFA movement. Other movements he supports that threaten national security include Black Lives Matter or the Best for Britain movement which denies the will of 17.4 million British people to leave the EU and which is campaigning for a new referendum that would undermine the results of a democratic referendum. The movements exclusively supported by Soros are completely incompatible with the ideas of democracy or even more so with public security, although George Soros himself is everywhere trying to disguise himself as a defender of democracy.

Why classifying ANTIFA as a terrorist organization is important?

Previous US President Donald Trump was right that ANTIFA had contributed to the riots on the pretext of George Floyd’s death, which are already taking place in more than thirty U.S. cities. U.S. law states that there are those in local terrorist organizations which seek to “force or intimidate government policies” and “seek to intimidate the population”. Judging from only a few of the crimes previously mentioned that were committed by ANTIFA, we see that this organization is completely incompatible with freedom of expression and democracy and that the activities it organizes fit into the definition of a terrorist organization. In today’s society, the “sensitive and vulnerable” small card is popular in its way even tactically conducive to use, the public press has been created and thus attempts are made within the boundaries of centralized government. Donald Trump is a major news figure but many media outlets and platforms have conspired to censor him and to censor certain information about him for political reasons. We will publish some of that difficult-to-find information here.

Donald Trump issued a response to NBA star LeBron James' threatening tweet against a white police officer.

The tweet showed a photo of officer Nicholas Reardon with the caption, "YOU'RE NEXT #ACCOUNTABILITY," and an hourglass emoji.

After drawing criticism and allegations that the tweet was racist, James deleted the tweet.

Reardon was among the officers who responded to the scene of an attempted stabbing in Columbus, Ohio. As body cam video shows, he shot and killed the stabber, who was black and turned out to be 16-years old, as she was in the process of attempting to stab a victim she had pinned against a car.

Unearthed documents from one of the leading Chinese Communist Party propaganda groups reveal the names of “mainstream” U.S. journalists taking junkets from the group in exchange for favorable coverage, The National Pulse can exclusively reveal.

The trips often came just before opinion editorials and news reports excusing Chinese Communist Party crimes, or opposing trade showdowns with the nation.

The China-United States Exchange Foundation (CUSEF) was founded by the Vice-Chairman of the “highest-ranking entity overseeing” Chinese Communist Party’s United Front Department, an effort which aims to “co-opt and neutralize sources of potential opposition to the policies and authority” of the Chinese government. “The United Front strategy uses a range of methods to influence overseas Chinese communities, foreign governments, and other actors to take actions or adopt positions supportive of Beijing’s preferred policies,” the U.S. government report continues.

CUSEF uses United Front Department tactics of influence on Western journalists from virtually every Western media outlet: CNN, New York Times, MSNBC, The Washington Post, and many more. According to Foreign Agent Registration Act (FARA) filings with the Department of Justice, CUSEF retained Western lobbyists to aid in their quest to “effectively disseminate positive messages to the media, key influencers and opinion leaders, and the general public” regarding China.

The National Fraternal Order of Police condemned LeBron James for using his influence to call for an attack on the police officer who shot and killed a teenage girl wielding a knife to save the life of another black girl.

“@KingJames, with his vast resources & influence, should educate himself and, frankly, has a responsibility to do so, on the facts before weighing in. This is disgraceful & extremely reckless,” the FOP wrote on Twitter. “The officer saved a young girl’s life. No amount of gaslighting will change that fact.”

The White House, aided by the corporate media, also spun the incident to claim without evidence that the officer who shot the black teenage girl was motivated by racism.

“She was a child,” the White House wrote in a Wednesday statement on the shooting. “We know that police violence disproportionately impacts Black and Latino people and communities and that black women and girls, like black men and boys, experience higher rates of police violence.”

To counter the left’s lies, conservatives have to use words that accurately reflect the truth — not words that actively mean the opposite.

“The worst thing one can do with words is to surrender them,” George Orwell wrote in his 1946 essay, “Politics and the English Language.” Orwell protested not just sloppy use of language, but intentional respectable,” he said. “Thus political language has to consist largely of euphemism, question-begging and sheer cloudy vagueness.”

Politicians and dishonest media propagandists today use inaccurate language to frame narratives and foster a leftist perspective. Inadvertently, even well-meaning audiences sometimes internalize this language and end up propagating the very ideas and framing they fundamentally reject. Don’t let that be you.

In every debate, it’s vital to start by defining your terms. If conservatives want to counter the radical left’s agenda, we have to begin by using words that accurately reflect what we mean — not words that actively mean the opposite. Here are just 10.

1. ‘Mainstream Media’

The public communication cartel headed by The New York Times, The Washington Post, CNN, CBS, and MSNBC does not represent mainstream Americans. Earlier this year, Axios (another culprit of heavy-handed political spin) reported that 56 percent of Americans believe “Journalists and reporters are purposely trying to mislead people by saying things they know are false or gross exaggerations.”

Big Media has engaged in deception through false and misleading “reporting” on Georgia’s election laws, the trespass and unrest at the U.S. Capitol on January 6, and more. Embracing “Russiagate” and the allegations of the Steele dossier against President Trump was one indicator of crumbling credibility. The cover-up of the Hunter Biden laptop story just before the 2020 presidential election was another.

Even more recently, CBS’s “60 Minutes” invented a scandal about Florida Republican Gov. Ron DeSantis, while giving minuscule coverage to New York Democrat Gov. Andrew Cuomo’s cover-up of COVID-19 nursing home deaths his policies caused.

Leftist propaganda outlets who are running cover for Democrats and spreading inaccurate opposition research on conservatives don’t deserve to be called mainstream. Instead, use “Big Media,” “corporate media,” or — as DeSantis says — “smear merchants.”

2. ‘Gender,’ When You Mean ‘Sex’

Words have gender; people are one sex or another. For Latin and in many of the languages that have grown out of it, gender is a linguistic term indicating which word endings a term should possess. Gender is either feminine, masculine, or neuter. The phrase “la boulangerie,” for example, is French for “the bakery,” and its gender is feminine.

Male and female, on the other hand, refer to sex. Sex is a biological category that reflects a person’s physical characteristics and reproductive systems, and also manifests in certain broad behavioral differences that distinguish men and women.

3. ‘Sex-Reassignment Surgery’

Further, sex is not assigned, at birth or ever. If it is not “assigned,” it cannot be reassigned. Surgical procedures that remove or conceal the outward appearance of a woman or man’s reproductive organs, are most accurately described as genital mutilation or amputation.

4. ‘Democracy,’ When You Mean ‘Republic’

A democracy is direct rule by the supreme will of the people: the highest law is that of the loudest mob. Derived from the Greek “demos” (people) and “kratia” (power), democracy involves no higher law than popular consensus, and subjects the majority will to no checks and balances but itself.

In Book VIII of “The Republic,” Plato lists democracy as the social structure directly followed by tyranny. Democracy, Plato theorized, “comes into being when the poor, winning the victory, put to death some of the other party, drive out others, and grant the rest of the citizens an equal share in both citizenship and offices.” He continued, “that is the constitution of democracy alike whether it is established by force of arms or by terrorism.”

The American system was established as a constitutional republic. The highest law of the land is the U.S. Constitution, to which all public servants are (or should be) accountable. Additional laws are made by elected representatives of the people. Further, the American system is a federal republic, meaning power is divided between federal, state, and local governments, all of whom serve as the guarantors of the people’s sovereignty and rights.

5. ‘Abortion Doctors’ and ‘Abortion Clinics’

Doctors protect life; they don’t willfully take it. The Hippocratic Oath, written by the ancient Greek physician Hippocrates and long respected as a noble description of a doctor’s vocation, includes a commitment to “not give to a woman an abortive remedy.” Doctors are also obligated to, as far as it is in their power, “do no harm.” (This phrase is commonly attributed to the Hippocratic Oath, but actually comes from another work of Hippocrates, his book, “Of the Epidemics.”)

Similarly, clinics are medical facilities where people receive help and care. We do not call the room in which a prisoner on death row is executed a “clinic,” and neither should we use the term to describe the place where preborn babies are killed and dismembered. Call abortionists and abortion facilities what they are.

6. ‘Antidiscrimination’

It’s okay to riot in D.C., and assault government buildings and police officers again.

The face of the Black Lives Matter insurrectionist who was arrested in Washington D.C. with an axe, a laser, and a “destructive device” will not be plastered by the FBI over any local billboards.

The BLM insurrections who rioted in Washington D.C. over the death of Daunte Wright, who had choked a woman to steal her rent money, threw fireworks and heavy objects at police. They shone lasers in the eyes of police officers and vandalized the Columbus monument with the obscene and hateful graffiti of a racist black supremacist movement. And they’ll get a pass.

Even when the racist insurrectionist mob chanted, “burn the precinct to the ground.”

While the D.C. police department has asked for the public’s helpin identifying one of the BLM insurrections who attacked a police officer and is offering a reward, the national media has not picked up the story the way that it did when there was an effort underway to identify the Capitol rioters, nor has the FBI taken to buying billboards asking anyone who knows the thug for tips.

Fighting with a police officer in January was profoundly morally different than doing so in April.

That’s all the more striking since the D.C. Metro police force is 52% black, while the Capitol Police are 29% black. Black lives don’t matter when they’re also blue. Just ask Captain Dorn.

Only a handful of months after the media agonized over the spectacle of a riot in D.C. and our political class acted as if fights between protesters and police was some inexplicably horrifying event, worse than 9/11 and Pearl Harbor put together, instead of the top outdoor sport of 2020, it’s okay to riot in D.C., assault government buildings, and call for burning them down.

It’s fine to brandish axes, throw fireworks, and assault police officers for social justice.

None of the handful of BLMers and Antifa who have been arrested will have their ugly faces splashed across social media, be fired from their jobs, or face the threat of decades in prison.

Insurrection is once again no longer a crime in America.

California officials have issued three warnings to a nonprofit group started by Black Lives Matter co-founder Patrisse Cullors that it has failed to file required financial disclosures.

In September and again in February and March, the California Attorney General’s Office notified Cullors’ organization, Dignity and Power Now, that it was delinquent in filing the financial information, according to documents obtained by The Daily Signal.

Since California’s initial request, Dignity and Power Now has provided financial information about 2017 but has yet to supply all of the required 2019 information. The Attorney General’s Office did not state complaints about not receiving financial information for 2018.

“A delinquent organization may not engage in any activity for which registration is required, including solicitation or disbursing of charitable assets,” reads the February letter to Cullors’ organization from California’s Registry of Charitable Trusts.

At the time, Dignity and Power Now had not submitted all required information for 2017 and 2019.

The California Attorney General’s Office provided The Daily Signal with a copy of the March notice sent to Dignity and Power Now and confirmed the authenticity of the February and September notices.

Cullors founded the Los Angeles-based organization to promote prison reform in 2012. She continues to be listed as chairwoman of the organization.

It wasn’t until 2013 that Cullors began using the phrase and hashtag #BlackLivesMatter in connection with the Trayvon Martin case in Florida. She is one of the co-founders of the Black Lives Matter Global Network Foundation, the largest organization in the BLM movement.

Cullors’ real estate holdings and for-profit consulting firm recently have faced media scrutiny.

Dignity and Power Now submitted some but not all required information required on the state’s Registration Renewal Fee Report, or RRF-1, according to the California Attorney General’s Office.

“The delinquency notice was submitted to Dignity [and] Power Now because they failed to file their RRF-1 for the year 2017,” a spokesperson for the office told The Daily Signal in an email. “The registry has since received the missing report, but there are still problems with...

Border Patrol agents arrested several criminals, including a previously deported rapist and a gang member, at the US-Mexico Border.

In Texas, Border Patrol agents arrested two criminal aliens this past weekend, including a felon convicted for indecency with a child and an El Salvadorian national convicted for racketeering conspiracy.

A separate Customs and Border Patrol (CBP) press release reveals that Arizona officials identified, arrested, and charged an illegal immigrant who raped a fellow migrant.

And in California, CBP officials identified a previously deported, felon gang member attempting to cross the U.S. border:

Stanford University quietly published a study that found that paper masks don’t help at all to prevent transmission of the coronavirus. And leftist outlets such as Twitter are working hard to hide the study from the American people.

The study was posted on the the National Center for Biological Information government website.

One key part of the study notes: “The data suggest that both medical and non-medical facemasks are ineffective of viral and infectious disease such as SARS-CoV-2 and COVID -19.”

That Russia placed "bounties” on the heads of U.S. soldiers in Afghanistan was one of the most-discussed and consequential news stories of 2020. Though no evidence was ever presented to support the CIA's claims — neither in that original story nor in any reporting since — most U.S. media outlets blindly believed it and spent weeks if not longer treating it as proven, highly significant truth. Leading politicians from both parties similarly used this emotional storyline to advance multiple agendas.

The story appeared — coincidentally or otherwise — just weeks after President Trump announced his plan to withdraw all troops from Afghanistan by the end of 2020. Pro-war members of Congress from both parties and liberal hawks in corporate media spent weeks weaponizing this story to accuse Trump of appeasing Putin by leaving Afghanistan and being too scared to punish the Kremlin.
