Tech billionaires preach ‘democracy’ while censoring it, study shows
An academic study carried out by researchers in the US and Germany has concluded that tech elites are completely isolated from ordinary people. “We find that the 100 richest members of the tech world reveal distinctive attitudes that set them apart both from the general population and from other wealthy elites,” the study noted.
The authors of the study from two German universities and the Ralph Bunche Institute for International Studies in New York analyzed the language used in some 50 000 tweets and online statements by 100 of the richest tech-elites as listed by Forbes.
The researchers concluded that people such as Mark Zuckerberg or Bill Gates do not see their wealth as a source of their influence but believe their innate abilities helped them to achieve power.
The elites constantly talk about democracy and philanthropy. “Yet their position in a democratic system is contradictory – as a result of their enormous wealth, they have disproportionate influence over how discretionary income is spent,” the researchers pointed out.
These types regularly use words such as ‘merit’, ‘distinct’, ‘excellent’, ‘value’, ‘virtue’, ‘advantage’, ‘superiority’, ‘worth’, ‘perfect’, ‘important’ and ‘significant’. They never use the actual words related to democracy such as ‘republic’, ‘self-determination’, ‘autonomy’, ‘sovereignty’, ‘republican’, ‘represent’, ‘rallies’ and ‘gathering’.
Curiously, tech billionaires denied the pivotal connection between the US democratic system and money, a belief not shared by ordinary people.
They were also prone to disruption and displayed a strong sense of temporality – i.e. existing within time – compared with the average person. In reality, they were inclined to censor and de-platform anyone with views at odds with their own peculiar self-inflated world view.
‘They [tech leaders] have an inconsistent understanding and relationship with...
The Radical Muslim Religious Transformation of French Schools
- In France, a low-intensity war is bubbling, aimed at radicalizing education.
- At the Pierre Mendès France School in Saumur, a student told his teacher, "My father will behead you". It has become impossible even to make a precise list of these incidents. They occur every day in France.
- "Faced with Islamist intimidation, what should the free world do?" — Title of Robert Redeker's column in Le Figaro in 2006. A few days later, he began receiving death threats.
- If extremists have managed to intimidate France's schools and universities, why should they not be able to subdue all of society?
"Unlike you, Colonel, and so many others, Mila will never submit", wrote the French teenager's father to her school's principal in a letter published by Le Point. On January 18, 2020 Mila O., then 16 years old, made insulting comments about Islam during her Instagram livestream.
"During her livestream, a Muslim boy asked her out in the comments, but she turned him down because she is gay. He responded by accusing her of racism and calling her a 'dirty lesbian'. In an angry follow-up video, streamed immediately after she was insulted, Mila responded by saying that she 'hates religion'".
Mila continued: "The Koran is a religion of hatred; there is only hatred in it... Islam is sh*t..." Since then, she has received approximately 50,000 messages and letters that contain threats to rape her, slit her throat, torture and behead her. She has had to keep moving from one school to another.
Once again, Mila has found herself without a high school. On a social network, she accidentally gave the name of her new military school. Its management promptly excluded her for being a potential threat to the students' security. "Devastated by so much cowardice", Mila's father wrote. "Even the army cannot protect her and allow her to continue her education, what can we do, us, her parents? This observation is for us a horror film".
Even the French army cannot protect her? "She is 17 years old and now lives like the staff of Charlie Hebdo, in a bunker; it is unbearable!" Mila's lawyer, Richard Malka, said.
A few days later, "Caroline L.", a professor at the Faculty of Law of Aix-Marseille University, received countless death threats, accusing her of being "Islamophobic". The Aix-en-Provence prosecutor opened an investigation for "public insults for belonging to religion". Her "crime"? The professor had explained to her students there:
"There is no freedom of conscience in Islam. If you were born to a Muslim father, you are a Muslim for life. A kind of sexually transmitted religion. One of the biggest problems we have with Islam, and unfortunately it is not the only one, is that Islam does not recognize freedom of conscience. It is absolutely terrifying".
The Pierre Joël Bonté High School in Riom (Puy-de-Dôme) was closed on January 11 due to "insults and death threats" targeting teachers. "We have decided to close the school following insults and death threats to protect students and staff", a spokesperson of the school explained. A few hours later, a teacher in Toulouse, Fatiha Boudjahlat, asked for police protection after receiving significant threats.
In 2015, Islamic State announced that French schools must be attacked and invited its followers to "kill the teachers". According to Gilles Kepel, an expert on Islamism, "The school, for the supporters of political Islam, has become a citadel to...
Chief Justice Roberts wants out of the impeachment trial, Dems want Kamala to preside – not satire
According to the Constitution, Chief Justice John Roberts must preside over President Trump’s impeachment trial. However, Politico reports he wants out.
Multiple Republican and Democratic sources have reportedly told Politico that Roberts is seeking a way to avoid the job because of how things played out when he oversaw Trump’s first impeachment trial last year. Roberts, Politico notes, has worked hard to keep the Supreme Court apolitical during his tenure, so he was reportedly displeased that he “became a top target of the left” during the proceedings. “He wants no further part of this,” one source told Politico, although there’s been no official word from Roberts’ camp about what he’ll ultimately do.
Democrats have now decided they don’t need him. Kamala Harris can preside.
Huh?
That would be fair and she’s perfectly unbiased enough to do that [sarcasm].
The Constitution says that the “Chief Justice” is the one who presides over presidential impeachment trials.
Democrats really want to burn down the Constitution. This entire procedure is nuts. The first Impeachment was nuts, and this is nuts. Roberts knows it’s nuts and wants out. There is no provision for a replacement.
The GOP should end this outright. It’s unconstitutional. Democrats are making up things as they...
China Tests The New Biden Administration, Taiwan Just Reported a Large Incursion by the Chinese Air Force
In a test of the new Biden administration Taiwan just reported a large incursion of it’s air identification zone by the Chinese air force.
Eight Chinese bomber planes and four fighter jets entered the southwestern corner of Taiwan’s air defense identification zone on Saturday, and Taiwan’s air force deployed missiles to “monitor” the incursion, the island’s Defence Ministry said.
China, which claims Taiwan as its own territory, has conducted almost daily flights over the waters between the southern part of Taiwan and the Taiwan-controlled Pratas Islands in the South China Sea in recent months.
However they have generally consisted of just one or two reconnaissance aircraft.
The presence of so many Chinese combat aircraft on this mission – Taiwan said it was made up of eight nuclear-capable H-6K bombers and four J-16 fighter jets – is unusual.
A map provided by Taiwan’s Defence Ministry showed that the Chinese aircraft, which also included a Y-8 anti-submarine aircraft, flew over the same waters where the most recent Chinese missions have been taking place near the Pratas Islands, though still well away from mainland Taiwan.
Taiwan’s air force warned away the Chinese aircraft and deployed missiles to monitor them, the ministry added, using standard wording for how it responds to such activities.
“Airborne alert sorties had been tasked, radio warnings issued and air defense missile systems deployed to monitor the activity,” it said in a brief statement.
There was no immediate comment from China. In the past China has said it has been carrying out exercises to defend the country’s sovereignty and security.
Beijing has watched with growing concern increasing U.S. support for democratic Taiwan, especially during Donald Trump’s administration which left office on Wednesday.
Last year during visits by senior U.S. officials to Taipei Chinese aircraft briefly crossed the median line of the Taiwan Strait, which normally serves as...
Blockbuster: CDC quietly removes website headline that claimed "Vaccines Do Not Cause Autism"
- CDC Removed headline: "Vaccines Do Not Cause Autism"
- That after a lawsuit challenged the scientific basis for such a claim
The blockbuster change was made quietly last August, and went largely unnoticed, with no public announcement.
The CDC Vaccine-Autism page goes on to state in many different ways that parents should not be concerned about vaccines and autism, and "there is no link," while at the same time acknowledging a link cannot be ruled out.
In a Question and Answer post, CDC says "more research is needed" on the question as to whether vaccines can trigger autism in children with "mitochondrial disorders." Scientists say many people have mitochondrial disorders but do not know it.
More research is needed to determine if there are rare cases where underlying mitochondrial disorders are triggered by anything related to vaccines.CDC
According to CDC, mitochondria are like tiny power houses of almost all cells in the body, turning sugar and oxygen into energy needed to function.

CDC Immunization Safety Official Acknowledged Possible Vaccine-Autism Link
In an interview with me in 2014, CDC's head of immunization safety, Dr. Frank DeStefano, acknowledged it's possible that vaccines rarely trigger autism in some children, and said "somebody" should do research to identify why...

The terrifying scourge of ‘multiracial whiteness’
It’s hard being a pundit these days. Not only does steadily advancing groupthink and fear of cancellation increasingly force you to copy the same takes as everybody else, but frequently those views are very dumb.
Take the riot at the Capitol. Some minatory cabal of Twitter, Facebook, Google, the Bilderberg Group, FEMA and the Jesuits has issued its secret decree to all news outlets: the rampage through the halls of Congress was the work of dastardly white supremacists! And the outlets oblige.
AP: ‘Years of white supremacy threats culminated in Capitol riots.’
Vox: ‘The Capitol riot is a reminder of the links between police and white supremacy’
New York Times: ‘America in 2021: Racial Progress in the South, a White Mob in the Capitol’
CNN: ‘The Capitol insurrection could be a bigger racial reckoning than the George Floyd protests’
New Yorker: ‘The Bitter Fruits of Trump’s White-Power Presidency’
OK, OK, we get the point.
Yikes! When you read those facts a few too many times, you start to wonder: what if the white supremacists aren’t white supremacists? What if they’re just a sundry array of people with different political beliefs and a tragic, delusional belief in Donald Trump?
Uh oh. That won’t do. Too much of that and you’re at risk of having an unapproved thought. Too many of those and Amazon shuts off your website.
Fear not, though! The Washington Post is here to explain all the bad think away. Over the weekend, the paper ran a piece by NYU history professor Cristina Beltrán: ‘To understand Trump’s support, we must think in terms of multiracial Whiteness.’
Multiracial…whiteness? Aren’t those antonyms? Not at all, you fool. Beltrán explains: ‘Rooted in America’s ugly history of white supremacy, indigenous dispossession and anti-blackness, multiracial whiteness is an ideology invested in the unequal distribution of land, wealth, power and privilege — a form of hierarchy in which the standing of one section of the population is premised on the debasement of others. Multiracial whiteness reflects an understanding of whiteness as a political color and not simply a racial identity — a discriminatory worldview in which feelings of freedom and belonging are produced through the persecution and dehumanization of others.’
See? Sloppy reporting has left everyone tragically confused. When the Post calls Trump supporters white, it’s not talking about their actual skin color. It’s just calling them evil. But the path of unrighteousness is open to all. Beltrán warns that those born brown may fall to whiteness by embracing the evil path of…’colorblind individualism’.
But what of those born white? Beltrán offers them only one way to be free of the original sin on their souls: ‘America’s racial divide is not simply between Whites and non-Whites. Thinking in terms of multiracial whiteness helps us recognize that much of today’s political rift is a division between those who are drawn to and remain invested in a politics of whiteness and those who seek something better. We witnessed this very divide in Georgia, when a significant segment of...
1776 COMMISSION , RIP
President Trump’s 1776 Commission presented its report on January 18, just before the inauguration of Trump’s successor. The report came under the immediate and insane assault of the mainstream media. Commission member Victor Davis Hanson, a historian of the first rank, set forth “Thoughts on the 1776 Commission and its report” in a column dated January 21. “[A]t any other age than the divisive present,” he observed, “the report would not have been seen as controversial.” Analysis: True.
Crossing paths with Hanson’s column were President Biden’s 17 January 20 executive orders — every one a stink bomb that promises to haunt us for the foreseeable future. In Section 10(c) of his Executive Order On Advancing Racial Equity and Support for Underserved Communities Through the Federal Government, Biden summarily revoked Trump’s order establishing the 1776 Commission. 1776 Commission, we hardly knew ye.
How long before the report itself is deposited down the memory hole? It won’t be long. I’m taking the liberty of serving up the report for our readers one more time (below). Get it while you can:
Industrial-Scale Election Fraud – Did It Happen?
I’ve read pieces from congresspeople, CEOs of tech companies, from hacks on television (like Karl Rove) that there was no election fraud, let’s move on.
Wait just a minute.
I led the team that built the fraud detection engine for the largest online auction house on the planet. They were on the front page of USA Today because some mother never received that gift for her child after sending in her last dollar. The auction house publicly said their multi-billion-dollar brand was in jeopardy.
I led industria-scale fraud investigations in the biggest of the big leagues, and proved fraud.
Cyberauction fraud is really complicated. A perp runs a scam where they sell a computer, for instance, get paid and ship the product. They do this for weeks, building trust. Then they sell 20 computers, keep the dough, ship nothing, and off they go.
What can the auction house do?
They kick the perp off the site. What does the perp do? He changes his name, credit card, mailing address, every bit of information about himself and rejoins as a new, clean seller. And another bunch of customers gets screwed!
The Secret Service, the FBI, about every fraud detection company tried to solve a problem where the perp changed every identifier thus left no trail. No pattern recognition. No matching on any field. Neural net = zero. Nothing.
Well, my team built a cyber-fraud technology and solved the problem. We broke insurance fraud rings where the insurance firm’s 30-person, police trained, 25-year experienced fraud team said there was no fraud. The funniest example is where we flagged a doctor, the recipient of a decade’s worth of six figure checks from this insurer. The fraud team said the guy was clean. Nothing to see here!
The CEO, sitting at the head of the board room table looked at us. We smiled. We then showed the address to which they had sent several million dollars was a federal prison.
We were hired by most of the top 10 property and casualty insurance firms to find fraud they could not find any other way, fraud that their expert teams said did not exist. It did, at industrial scale.
We quickly learned fraud is icky, unsightly, uncomfortable and those with a vested interest in not finding it, because they couldn’t, denied it. Happens all the time.
My team and I know industrial-level fraud and I can tell you with 100% certainty that the 2020 presidential election had massive, organized, discoverable fraud in most of the swing states.
How do I know this in the face of virtually every media company denying significant fraud?
Let’s do a fraud look-see, actually several, together.
Industrial fraud in insurance, Medicaid, or credit cards never starts with a flashing red light with letters, in English and Spanish, saying fraud, look here! There must be a starting point and the starting point is often only one or two cases that lead to tens of thousands of incidents across hundreds of participants.
Let’s see if there are any starting points here:
Jesse, a truck driver has a semi-tractor rig delivering dogfood to pet shops across America. This particular brand is the expensive stuff yuppies buy for their Schnoodle dogs bred by crossing Schnauzers and Poodles and costing about $1,000. Only the best for Pierre.
Jesse, our truck driver, sees something sketchy. He has been driving this route for months, yet something this day is different. Jesse looks into the truck and sees the labels do not quite look the same. He reports it to his boss, then to the trucking service, and nobody does anything.
Jesse, a dog lover, goes to PETA and they do a video. Jesse signs an affidavit under penalty of perjury, gets on TV for a couple of days saying this dog food may not be the real thing. It might be fake, from China. He just wants someone, anyone to look into it.
Dog lovers across America would stop buying that dog food until the company had an open, public investigation. The board of directors would probably fire the CEO if an investigation showed she was not all over this possible claim. Sales would collapse. No major pet chain would carry the dog food until everything was investigated.
Ya think maybe there would be a full-scale investigation? Do you think people would stand up and say: “…there is no evidence! There is no reason to investigate!”
A third-tier media company obtains the laptop from the cocaine addicted, meth-addled son of...
Breaking Norms And Precedent, Biden Attempts To Purge Career Intelligence Official
Hours after President Joe Biden delivered his inaugural address promising to bring unity and healing to the country, his administration began a politically charged attack on a highly respected, newly appointed career intelligence official over fears he would be insufficiently loyal to Democratic partisans. The attempted purge has thus far followed the playbook publicly laid out by top Democrats and their left-wing media enablers.
In a stunning violation of precedent, Biden’s National Security Agency (NSA) placed General Counsel Michael J. Ellis on administrative leave pending a Defense Inspector General investigation of his recent appointment, as well as an unspecified claim of mishandling of classified information. Ellis has maintained a top security clearance, without any blemish, for more than a decade. He is a trained classification official both as a military officer and civilian.
While Ellis has prominent defenders from his many years of service in the intelligence community, his detractors include high profile participants in the Russia collusion hoax, proponents of former National Security Advisor John Bolton’s attempt to publish classified information in a book, and some of the individuals who orchestrated the Ukraine impeachment effort.
Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi publicly asserted, contrary to the evidence, that Ellis was “a relatively recent law school graduate with a limited resume.” In fact, he graduated from the top-ranked Yale Law School a decade ago, after graduating from Dartmouth College summa cum laude. He clerked for Judge Jeffrey Sutton on the 6th Circuit of the U.S. Court of Appeals and Judge Amul Thapar on the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Kentucky. He’s served honorably as a U.S. Navy Reserve intelligence officer since 2007.
He worked for the House Intelligence Committee from 2013 to 2017. In that role, he worked closely with the NSA on legislation, oversight, and investigations. He was the lead staffer for the bipartisan committee report on the Edward Snowden disclosures. While Rep. Adam Schiff on Sunday denounced Ellis for thwarting Lt. Col. Alexander Vindman’s efforts to distribute and amplify information closely held by the National Security Council, he had previously praised Ellis’s work on the Snowden report.
Ellis helped draft the bipartisan Intelligence Authorization Acts, FISA reform bills, and cybersecurity information sharing laws. He is an expert on FISA and other intelligence collection authorities, and regularly briefed then-ranking member Schiff on those matters.
He served the Trump administration as deputy National Security Council legal advisor and then as senior director for Intelligence Programs on the National Security Council. Having worked closely with NSA at senior levels continuously since 2013, he has more relevant experience than any other general counsel in recent memory.
In a Washington Post article based largely on anonymous sources and absolutely riddled with factual errors, reporter Ellen Nakashima — who won a Pulitzer Prize for her role perpetuating the Russia collusion hoax — suggested that previous general counsels did not serve in political roles prior to their service. She quoted the most recent general counsel Glenn Gerstell saying the agency and its legal office have “a deep tradition of being nonpartisan and it would be important for anybody in the position of general counsel to discharge the job that way.”
Gerstell, who served from 2015 through last year, was a Barack Obama bundler who raised $50,000 for the Democrat in 2012, as well as chairman of the District of Columbia Water and Sewer Authority. His predecessor Raj De was Obama’s own staff secretary, and credibly accused of being involved in improper politicization while a staffer on...
