Detailed Plan On How To Stop Voter/Election Fraud:
Why aren’t ballots serialized? You get your ballot, with a serial number printed on it. Vote it, the machine prints a receipt with the serial number. Then you can go home and see that the ballot was counted, and for who. Your identity is still secret, but fraud isn’t.
Who are they going to give a receipt to when you vote by mail ? And don’t tell me they’ll mail it to you because the post office doesn’t deliver to vacant lots and cemeteries !

In Australia voting is compulsory and we don't use machines. It seems to work because we don't have investigations.
