Your pic of "Praying for an accident" reminds me of a time back in the early 80's. I was driving a tractor trailer with a load of 6000 gallons of 70% Hydrogen Peroxide and stopped at a coffee shop. 70% is some volatile stuff. While I was sitting in the coffee shop, another tractor trailer pulled next to mine. This one was loaded with liquid oxygen and 30 seconds later a Sunoco gas tanker pulled in and parked on the other side of my rig.
I ran out of the coffee shop and took off. It was just an explosion waiting to happen.
