Businesses should not pay ANY tax! Ever! Of course, anyone that tries to live off their business should go to jail (like the business buying your car and house and not charging you fair market value). Any tax on a business can only be paid by the consumer of those goods/services - an economic law that is inviolate!

Bottom line-this will drive the investments out of the country with the obvious effects on us rubes. Stoking wealth jealousy is how communists roll.
