DOJ is suing the state of Virginia for removing illegal aliens from voting roles. But the reg the DOJ is using applies only to 'qualified voters'.
An illegal is in no way a qualified voter. But that doesn't matter to DOJ. Because this close to the election the lawfare is all that matters. DOJ has to know they will lose in the suit, but it is the process, the sowing of negative perception which is the intent.
Well documented is even after all charges dropped, or full acquittal, much of the general public continues to think the defendant must have been guilty.
