The last video - Penny and others held down Neely as he threatened all different types of people (and races) on that train until police got there and took Neely away. Neely died 2 hrs later in a hospital. Penny did not cause the death. BLM and Neely's family is just looking for MONEY or they would have helped Neely before he was on the streets on NYC.
