I know that educating Don Lemon is a near impossible undertaking but I’ll try once more. EVERY illegal IS a criminal. They are not yet convicted because they voluntarily avoided due process when they broke into the country. Conviction is irrelevant if they simply havent yet been apprehended. It is impossible to come here illegally without becoming a criminal in the process.
