The vast majority of people's expenses/costs of living is determined by state and local government.
For example:
A few weeks ago, my libturd brother in Seattle whinged about paying over $107 to fill up, complete with the usual "eff Trump- it's effing Trump's fault- blah-blah etc..."
He didn't want to realize that most of his cost was state/local taxes. I showed him gas prices in my state (iowa) were half that in his, taxes were, too.
Those billions did not "vanish." Walz knows EXACTLY where they went. A complete audit of every computer keystroke, bank account, email, text message, etc. would reveal his possession of much of it, likely in Cayman Island accounts (or in Somalia).
