Indiana Democrat Malik Muhammad Indicted for Attempted Murder During 2020 Summer Insurrection Riots In Portland
PORTLAND, OR (KPTV) – A 24-year-old Indiana man was indicted on Monday for attempting to murder Portland Police Bureau officers by using explosive devices during the 2020 riots in downtown Portland.
According to court documents, Malik Muhammed had allegedly traveled to Portland in September to engage “in multiple criminal acts” and then returned to Indiana.
The incidents include:
Sept. 5, Muhammed engaged in tumultuous and violent conduct near the Portland Police Bureau’s East Precinct, resulting in a grave risk of causing public alarm.
Sept. 21, Muhammed threw a “large burning object” toward a PPB sergeant’s patrol car during a protest near the Penumbra Kelly Building. Police described the object as a large yellow bottle similar to a beer growler filled with liquid and stuffed with a rag. The device didn’t explode. Officers found a price tag that helped them find out where the bottle was purchased. Surveillance video from the store shows Muhammed and another person buying a large number of bats and beer growlers, including two yellow ones.
On Sept. 23, Muhammed threw a large yellow bottle similar to the beer growler toward a group of officers outside the Multnomah County Justice Center. When the bottle landed, it exploded and a large fireball cascaded outward. One officer’s lower leg caught fire for a moment.
According to court documents, officers searched Muhammed’s cell phone and found a list of a shopping list that included common ingredients used to make a Molotov cocktail.
Oct. 11, Muhammed used a metal baton to smash...
Putting Biden's Gun Control Claims to the Truth Test
There were so many lies in Vice President Kamala Harris’ and President Joe Biden’s presentations on guns Thursday that it is hard to know where to start. One thing is certain, though: The media fact-checkers won’t question their claims. Here are just a few of the false ones:
The background check system “has kept more than 3 million firearms out of the hands of dangerous people.”
Since the Brady background checks began in 1994, there have been 3.5 million initial denials. However, it is one thing to stop a felon from buying a gun. It is quite another to stop a law-abiding citizen from buying a gun just because his or her name is similar to a felon’s. In 2017, for example, there were 112,000 initial denials for supposedly attempted prohibited purchases, but just 12 federal prosecutions by June 2018. The reason is that these weren’t real cases.
The background check system is a mess, with the mistakes primarily born by minorities through no fault of their own. The error rate for black males is three times their share of the population.
The Charleston Loophole
Biden says that if there had only been more than three days to check Dylann Roof’s background, Roof would have been stopped from buying a gun, thereby preventing the horrible Charleston, S.C., church shooting. But that is a lie. You can’t buy a gun if you have a felony or certain misdemeanor convictions, or if you are arrested but not yet convicted of a crime with a possible prison sentence of at least one year. Since Roof’s arrest was for a misdemeanor drug offense, which had a maximum possible sentence of six months, a longer waiting period would not have blocked his gun purchase.
If Democrats want to change the law so that any misdemeanor arrest prevents gun purchases, this would at least be related to the Charleston case. But Democrats want to impose up to a 30-day waiting period without explicitly stating that is their real aim. If they want a long waiting period, they should make a case for why this would somehow be desirable. Instead, Democrats pretend that their proposal would have stopped the Charleston shooting when their actual goal is to obtain a long waiting period.
Biden said that gunmakers are “exempt from being sued. ... This is the only outfit that is exempt from being sued.”
The president claims this is the top change he wants. In fact, however, if gunmakers make defective guns, you can sue them. Likewise, if they break the law (e.g., sell a firearm without a background check), you can sue them. Biden’s proposal is very different from current law. He wants gun manufacturers held civilly liable for misuse of guns they sell. This would allow lawsuits against manufacturers and sellers whenever a crime, accident, or suicide occurs with a gun. The straightforward result would be to put gunmakers out of business.
Imagine what would happen to the car industry if similar rules were applied. The National Safety Council estimates that 39,404 Americans died and 4.5 million were injured from car accidents in 2018. Cars are also frequently used to commit crimes.
“The vast majority of Americans believe there should be [universal] background checks.”
Gun control advocates frequently claim that over 90% of Americans support background checks for private transfers of guns. Yet, the last time such laws were proposed to voters, they rejected them. When Michael Bloomberg got universal background check initiatives onto Maine and Nevada’s ballots, for example, he lost in Maine by four percentage points and won in Nevada by just 0.8 percentage points.
This tough sledding wasn’t for lack of money. In Maine, Bloomberg outspent his opponents by over six times. In Nevada, he spent an incredible $35.30 per vote — three times more than...
Capitol "Insurrection" Hoax Imploding, No Thanks to GOP. But Biden Regime Still Aiming to Criminalize Dissent
Finally, Mainstream conservatives are pushing back against the Capitol “Insurrection” Hoax. It’s about time. To accept the Democrat/ Regime Media’s paranoid framing of the January 6 Narrative is to accept the deliberate dispossession of the Historic American Nation.
On “Tucker Carlson Tonight”, April 6, 2021, black conservative Candace Owens rightly said the so-called insurrection was a modern-day “Reichstag Fire” that Democrats are exploiting “to consolidate power and to trample over the civil rights of half of the country.” She also said the protests paled in comparison to Black Lives Matter riots. Carlson agreed. Next night, Carlson declared the “five people murdered” trope a complete lie after Washington D.C.’s Medical Examiner reported that only one death was actually a homicide (i.e. caused by someone although not necessarily a murder): that of Trump supporter Ashli Babbitt.
The Medical Examiner blamed natural causes for two demonstrators’ deaths and a drug overdose for a third. All four, including Babbitt, were Trump supporters [D.C. medical examiner releases cause of death for four people who died during Capitol riot, by Peter Hermann and Steve Thompson, The Washington Post, April 7, 2021].
Babbitt was apparently killed by a black law enforcement officer, not the mob. Yet so far, the authorities have refused to press charges against the officer. Scandalously, they even refuse to name him, unlike every other cop in the U.S.A. who has ever been involved in a...
Yale Attacks Asian Woman: Persona Non Grata: Yale Professor Who Defended Kavanaugh Is Reportedly Sanctioned Without Notice Or Explanation
Professor Amy Chua was by all accounts a popular and accomplished teacher at Yale Law School. Chua’s life (and standing) however seemed to change dramatically in 2018 when she published an oped in the Wall Street Journal entitled “Kavanaugh Is a Mentor To Women.” She reports that she instantly became a pariah at the school and in the academy. Now, Chua is alleging that she was subject to the removal from small first-year classes in an action that lacked the most basic guarantees of notice and due process.
Chua’s allegations has received little attention outside of conservative sites but they raise very serious questions about the basis and handling of claims made against her. Indeed, Chua has alleged that the core allegation is demonstrably false.
Chau alleges that material from her personnel file was leaked to a student journalist who knew of her punishment before she did. In a rebuttal memo, Chau pointed out what see said were glaring errors in the Yale Daily News article by Julia Brown. The article began with the announcement:
“Law professor Amy Chua will no longer be leading a first-year small group at the Yale Law School next year after students raised allegations that she is still hosting private dinner parties at the home she shares with her husband, suspended law professor Jed Rubenfeld, despite having agreed in 2019 to cease all out-of-class hours interactions with students.”In her memo to the whole faculty, Chua recounts how she was shocked by the article and the inclusion of non-public information. She objects that “Confidential information about my agreement with Heather has been disclosed to...
Military Junta Reportedly Seizes George Soros Foundation's Accounts
The military junta in Myanmar has detained an official from George Soros’ Open Society Foundations and has frozen the billionaire financier’s bank accounts in the country under the suspicion that the group funded elements opposed to the February coup in the country, according to news reports.
The coup came after the party of controversial pro-democracy campaigner and Nobel Peace Prize winner Aung San Suu Kyi won a landslide victory in the November elections, Reuters reported on March 16.
Alleging election fraud, the country’s powerful military, known as the Tatmadaw, seized power and arrested Suu Kyi.
In the immediate aftermath of the coup, during mass civil disobedience in the country, the Global New Light of Myanmar — a military propaganda newspaper — alleged that Open Society Myanmar withdrew $1.4 million from its account at the Small and Medium Enterprise Development Bank, or SMED, according to Reuters.
That money then was exchanged into the local currency, the kyat; the military newspaper said this was done “without following the necessary rules and regulations.”

The newspaper also published a picture of Suu Kyi with Soros from 2016 in New York and claimed she had met several times with the Hungarian-born American left-wing philanthropist, the Financial Times reported.
According to The Irrawaddy, government officials took control of $3.81 million and 375 million kyats in Open Society Myanmar accounts at four private banks, including SMED.
SMED itself also finds itself in trouble with the government for letting Open Society Myanmar withdraw the $1.4 million and deposit $5 million even though it hadn’t obtained approval from...
Video: DARPA Is Working On COVID Vaccine, Implantable Microchip To Detect Virus
“You put it underneath your skin and what that tells you is that there are chemical reactions going on inside the body”
The Pentagon’s Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA) is working on a COVID vaccine that will work on all variants and has developed an implantable microchip that it says will continuously monitor the human body for signs of the virus.
Retired Colonel Matt Hepburn, an army infectious disease physician heading up DARPA’s response to the pandemic, appeared on 60 Minutes to demonstrate the technology.
Holding up a vial of green tissue-like gel, which contains the chip, Hepburn proclaimed “You put it underneath your skin and what that tells you is that there are chemical reactions going on inside the body, and that signal means you are going to have symptoms tomorrow.”
“It’s like a ‘check engine’ light,” Hepburn added, noting that those with the chip “would get the signal, then self-administer a blood draw and test themselves on site.”
“We can have that information in three to five minutes,” Hepburn continued, adding “As you truncate that time, as you diagnose and treat, what you do is you stop the infection in its tracks.”
Watch:Hepburn also declared that DARPA has developed a filter to remove the virus from the blood via a dialysis machine, and that the FDA has approved it, and it has already been used on 300 patients.
The 60 Minitues report also highlights how the pentagon has hundreds of tissue samples from soldiers and sailors infected with pathogens all over the world, including the 1918 Spanish Flu which killed millions globally.
Pentagon scientist Dr Kayvon Modjarrad also highlighted that the military is developing a one size fits all vaccine for COVID, commenting “This is not science fiction, this is science fact.”
“We have the tools, we have the technology, to do this all right now,” he said explaining that the goal is to inoculate people against potentially deadly viruses that have not even...
