Philippine Church Bombing Kills 20 - Media Didn't Care About This Either...

Cathedral attack injures 100 on the island of Jolo, home to Abu Sayyaf terrorists.

Filipino Christians are mourning at least 20 churchgoers and soldiers as martyrs after terrorists attacked a Catholic cathedral during Sunday mass in a heavily Muslim island in the southern Philippines.

Two bombs went off at Our Lady of Mount Carmel in Jolo within minutes, the first blasting through rows of pews and the second shooting from the entrance to kill scrambling parishioners as well as the guards positioned outside to protect the church week after week.

Mount Carmel’s iconic blue-windowed façade, facing the provincial capital’s town square, was shattered and the streets quiet as officials warned residents against large gatherings in the wake of the bombing. In a region plagued by Islamist violence, it’s not the first attack on the cathedral—but it is the deadliest.

Sunday’s tragedy comes less than week after surrounding islands voted to form an autonomous region among the Muslim strongholds in an effort to end ongoing clashes between Philippine forces and separatists. Muslims in Jolo largely opposed the new Bangsamoro Autonomous Region in Muslim Mindanao (BARRM), but were voted into it anyway.

The terrorists killed at least 15 civilians and wounded at least 90 inside the Jolo church, in addition to the 5 soldiers guarding the service who died. A local priest described the victims as...

Boko Haram Attacks Christian Village, Destroys Church - Media Silent..

No media cared enough to take a picture of the town or church,
so there are no pictures of it. Freedom dies in silence.
03/14/2019 Washington, D.C. (International Christian Concern) – International Christian Concern (ICC) has learned that earlier today, around 6:00 a.m., Boko Haram insurgents launched an attack on Ngurhlavu village of Lassa in Askira-Uba local council area of southern Borno State. Most of the villagers were able to flee into the bush, but the insurgents burned down six homes, destroyed the EYN Church (Church of the Brethren), killed one person, and abducted two sisters, Stella Ibrahim and Plungwa Ibrahim.

Recalling the attack, a senior executive of the EYN Church, who wished to remain anonymous, said that their local pastor called around 6:00 a.m. to report the attack. He shared, “I could hear desperation in his voice, just coming out of the bush. His voice sounded completely demoralized as he was saying only God… We don’t know what else to do! There’s no security presence here.” The insurgents dropped a concealed improvised explosive device which a church member named Avi Lassa stepped on. Avi was killed on the spot.

Lamenting the spate of repeated, violent attacks, the senior church leader said, “These frequent attacks on churches and [their] members are really weighing us down. These attacks seem to be escalating soon after the elections.” Nigeria’s presidential elections took place in late February, but has seen violence even in the build-up to Election Day.

The leader said that members of the EYN Church in the village of Gwandang were attacked on February 2, 2019. This was shortly followed by another set of attacks in the village of Paya-Bulguma on February 7 and 21, during which 26 houses were burned down, large quantities of food supplies were destroyed, and...

WOW! When a Dem Super Hero Is a Scrawny Socialist

The BRUTAL TRUTH About Socialism Leftists Try to Hide

Socialism destroys people, destroys countries and destroys the dignity and rights of the individual — and those millennials who fail to grasp this desperately need a history lesson ASAP.

This brings us to Utah man Brad Torgersen, who penned a powerful diatribe this Sunday, explaining why socialism never works.

“Socialism requires an authority capable of bending the knees of the people to the will of the state,” he explained on Facebook. “There is no form of national socialism which has ever existed without very powerful governmental authority, and a police force capable of backing up that authority.”

Indeed. Socialism places the collective “good” over the well-being of the individual, meaning that for it to work, there must be a mechanism in place so that the government can “make people with ‘too much’ give up things so that people with ‘too little’ receive those same things.”

Moreover, socialism robs men and women of “the fruits of their creativity, intelligence and labor” — thus taking away the incentive for people to work hard and achieve greatness. For you see, in a socialist society, greatness cannot be achieved, because everybody is the same.

“Societies which bankrupt the incentives to work, always collapse,” Torgersen added. “Fewer and fewer people carry more and more of the burden, until the whole thing crumbles. It happened in Soviet Russia. It *is* happening in Greece and Venezuela.”

Torgersen then cited many, many, many examples of where socialism and social engineering led to “an overwhelming documented record of human woe”:

“The snuffing out of well over a hundred *million* human lives, during the 20th century alone,” Torgersen continued. “Men. Women. Children. Starved. Beaten. Jailed. Tortured. Mutilated. Mass graves. Erased from history — because they were deemed...
