Why wasn't the man tazed when the officer kept saying "You're going to get tazed"....once the perp broke free, let him go....catch up to him later....at the point where he was shot, he was no longer a threat to the officers....shooting him in the back made it look like an execution....now, if an officer wants to shoot some asshole carrying a tv out of a store, be my guest....I say shoot 'em all in that case....put down one riot and maybe you solve them all....might take two times....
