The year after the Broncos won their last Super Bowl in 2015 with Manning, the new season opened with the kneeling BS for the National Anthem. I was surprised Elway allowed it nonetheless that was it for me. They turned a decades long, gear buying, game attending, enthusiastic fan into a no show.
Aside from the Brady buzz getting into my AO, I'm not aware of any NFL hoopla. Don't miss it at all but I'm resentful the few hours I used to enjoy on Sundays was stolen.
I haven’t watched an NFL game in four or five years including the Superbowls. Once these overpaid nitwits started kneeling I pretty much stopped watching.
