I retired USAF in 2004. I was over my max weight 18 of my 21 years. My max BMI was 11% in all of those years. For most of that time I had an 18.5" neck, 18" biceps, a 46" chest, and a 32" waist with washboard abbs. The last 5 years I did not pass my PT test. I could not get my heart rate up to the necessary point for my age.
Tyson has been shady for a long time. Aside from what you've mentioned is Tyson has employed illegal aliens for decades. I tell people to not buy any Tyson product.

I became obese overnight when fed changed the standards circa 1993. They didn't recognize body types nor if one were well muscled.
