Video #1 - Isn't it some kind of economic law that thing you spend money on, you encourage? And the thing you want to go away, you cut out of the budget?
Video #4 - Suppose troops from the South were sent to the Pacific Northwest, or vice-versa? How would those people feel about oppressing their fellow citizens? Does it make sense to draft an army that might be willing to be rough with the indigenous American population?
