I'm not certain about this, but it seems to me you can't accurately compare pictures of ocean level at a particular spot without knowing they were taken at identical tidal points.
By global warmist bs, oceans have risen higher than tides would account for.
Just look up Doggerland.
Doggerland was a land bridge between England and mainland Europe.
Some 8200 years ago glacier melting from global warming caused sea levels to rise and cover the land bridge - LONG BEFORE HUMANS USED CARBON BASED FUELS FOR SURVIVAL AND SUVs.
