Yes, Graybeard.
However, do forget the US' armed forces permit foreigners to enlist (hopefully to seek citizenship - ha), but do not yet have that allegiance to the USA, these foreigners have access to US bases and material, too.
I recall during my time in service there were a few enlistments terminated for gang activity and theft of government property.
