The highly educated mental midget is upset that his fee pocket constitution is designed for his capacity. Education is helpful. People pay large sums for experience that will always be worth more than the education.
It was obvious the guy saw this as opportunity to match wits. It was evident that he had read the pocket Constitution in preparation for what he thought would be an easy takedown. His ego got the best of him.
If he had a genuine understanding, his answers would not have been proximate. In each answer he was close. That is evidence he had read the Constitution only recently.
